    So you have to put in your address and city and state and country and most likely ZIP code. Not sure why, since nothing is being shipped to you, but make sure everything is valid.

    Visa cards work just fine to buy ranks and stuff, it's pretty rudimentary on setting up paypal and stuff to get it to work.
