Wait what?

So remember that april fools trello and meep news. You know like the disabling sprinting in the terrarium? Well it said adding in marrying people on meep. I thought this was a joke until I read the mayberry times sayings its being made.

Quiet frankly if this is a thing, I'm gonna be kind of upset. We have much better things to do then create a plugin to friken marry people. Personally I think it is kinda strange to marry a person in minecraft but I'm not gonna judge people.

And what would the plugin do? Many people speculate little hearts next to players names, but then it would appear as if everyone is married. So show different types of hearts/colors? No that would take way to long to create and save all different types of hearts. What if you decide you really don't want to be "married" to this person? Divorce? That would create many problems that I don't think we need to deal with. Then we have LGBT marriage, wouldn't this result in hate towards said "cupple" or cause more problems with our already bad enough LGBT debates. Finally, how would said player obtain marriage? A ceremony? or /marry which is kind of weird if you ask me, I mean imagine it. Your playing a mini game and you meet someone, your doing very well together, maybe later you go mining together then the dude/dudet frigen /marys you?

While yes there is wide spread controversy about this, please tell me 3 reasons how the mass majority of players and the server could actually make positive benefit from this exiting. Plus may I please have a staff member confirm if this is really being developed or not?

I also forgot to mention, pedophiles while I don't believe we have any on meep, this would make younger unsuspecting kids much more vulnerable, lets get an 11 year old, they have been playing mini games together and feel they want to /mary, but the 11 year old who thinks there speaking with another person their age, but could be a grown man trying to get personal information. I hate to sound like my parents but these kids start to feel a connection and go, yeah why not tell them my name and so on.
