Denied Waverunner98 - Ban Appeal

Reason for ban: "Griefing"

Why we should consider your appeal: I am a co-owner of the town Peopletopia. the only thing I can think of that you would accuse me of griefing was that I cleaned out some chests in unowned plots left by noobs that could not afford to keep their plot. These plots have been abandoned for awhile now. The owner, manofminecraft5, has told me that I am allowed to take things from these unowned plots. I am a person who likes to get my own resources. Last I checked, this is not griefing.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: ManofMinecraft5 has done the same thing since day 1 of the town and has not been banned. He shouldn't be nor should I. We both have gone through these chests legally.

 

No? You might want to recheck that. Someone, probably the previous owner, had dumped lava everywhere. I cleaned that plot up and put it for sale again. Check the footage that I'm sure you have. It was yesterday I have no idea what time. If you watch, I am cleaning up the lava. The lava was there beforehand. Again, staff, please check things out in full before jumping to conclusions. Thanks.

 

Is anybody handling this request or are they purposely ignoring this? I only have so many hours in a day to go on meep and seeing how I'm wrongly banned I would appreciate it if someone will review this soon... I don't mean to piss anyone off but I will be persistent in this. Thanks.

From 4 days ago? When I helped my friend break down his plot? M_For_Minecraftx wanted me to. He knew I had /fill and wanted me to break it down. Ask him if you need to. It was his plot that he owned and he told me to do that. It's not griefing if I'm helping. He was presently watching me do it.

 

The plot was owned by manofminecraft5, and you were reported for griefing his plot.

 

He may have claimed it for himself at the time but he was still allowing for M_For_Minecraftx to move out and bring it down. You can ask him as well. They were all aware.

 

How is putting lava all over the plot considered moving?

 

Well it was supposed to break blocks down I guess. It didn't exactly do a whole lot but that was what he wanted.

 

I am not sure whether lava will break down blocks or not like flint and steel does. Firespread might have needed to be turned on.

You guys signed up to be staff and I understand I am annoying you guys by dragging this on but as I stated earlier I will be persistent because of my innocence. So I kindly ask you guys to continue doing what needs to be done to appeal my ban. I believe there is enough information here to appeal me but if you still aren't convinced all it takes is a quick check with either people mentioned above. Thanks.

 

He might be pissed that I called him out on stealing a bunch of heads and got mods involved. That does not change the fact that he gave me permission at the time. I'm surprised he would do that. Review the chat logs if you must.
