What have you learned and why should we trust you to do better? ok so I know again as usual this wont be reviewed in time but honestly, I got kicked once for caps tonight. then the second time poof ban for 1hrs. "repeated offences"
definition of repeated: done or occurring again several times in the same way
definition of several: more than two but not many

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: by this logic it would need to be more than 2 offences to be "repeated"
