You're the guy that borrowed 325,000 Meebles from me on 6/13 and promised to pay it back on 7/13, then went and got yourself temp-banned on 6/17 and perm-banned 6/20. I still have your signed book promising to pay me back. You're past due!

I would vote that they let you back in only if you donate to the server to buy Meebles and pay me back. You're the one black spot on my record book of Meep investments, and that makes me a sad panda.

Hey Lady Cass!!

So before we start you need to know that its not personal. Obviously. I have a pretty good relationship with you and I have no hatred towards you.

If you rewind to before "staff changed" we had a period of time where you were one of the pinnacles of the team. I truly thought we had a team built for change and success. You are very intelligent and have a great mindset for helping people, and are super productive.

Unfortunatly about the time that a certain server and group of people clouded your mind, you lost that. You went from being someone who really could have made a change, to someone who didnt care to see anything more than your friends laugh.

As I wouldnt have labeled this "toxicity" per say, you and a few others are simply not nessesary to this servers success and are unfortunately just the opposite. I see absoutely no positive coming from you, and you are counter productive to the changes we make. This isnt just you, theirs a group.

Some of the group has personally been attacking the staff and causing nohing but issues for us. You seem to have forgotten that you do NOT beling to this staff team, so the way you THINK it should be run is simply your opinion. We do not need to change, and we are not killing the server. We are getting rid of people like yourself who constantly bash us and make us feel bad, causing us to lose motivation and thus, killing the server.

We have an anonymous, too cowardly to come out from hiding, character that spams appeals acting like they are the light, yet they clearly dont even have the wisdom or guts to lead or make a server for theirself. When your appeals whet up they again began harassing us with negativity. Obviously it doesnt take a scientific analysis to tell that its someone from your "group" as the maturity level of the posts they make are almost to an embarrassing level of childish.

I REALLY and I am being 110% sincere here, hope that you can find it in yourself again to understand that it is not us, but you and the others mentioned, that are responsible for the toxicity being spread around and actually make the change. You used to post very detailed concepts and ideas that had me believing you are a great leader and I really miss that about you. If you want to talk you can come to my teamspeak and we can discuss your ideas and side to the entire story. I look forward to it. Please spread the message to all other involved so I dont need to repost this as the description is the same.

You told dawn he was right along side her and should get smod because theyre all bad. - in global.
You told nick he was terrible and asked how he got staff in the first place. - in global.

All because metro asked about cursing? You "got heated"

So it brings me to "Banned without warning". Are you that dense? How can you act like you didnt know this was about to happen?

You dont get a free pass to trash anyone here. You are no better than anyone on this team. I dont care what your personal opinion is or that you have one. You wanna bring it into global and attempt to belittle and make them feel stupid, feel free to let the door hit you on the way out.

We all got together and looked into your posts. You do nothing but flame staff, talk poorly about the server, and make peoples time here miserable. You offer nothing good to this community and clearly don't want to be a part of it in a constructive way. We're trying to grow the server but toxic players like yourself offer nothing towards that. Your attitude is poor and the time of letting players disrespect staff and players is over. Trolling and flaming is being removed. We understand criticism in all its forms but unless its constructive it offers nothing to the server.

If you want to come back I suggest you change your attitude and demeanor.

I think I have to disagree with your statement that this is unfair, as it was your actions that brought you to this point. Granted, you may not have intentionally set out to scam a person. I can even go as far as saying, sure, this incident was something minor that ended up escalating to this point. However I maintain it was your actions that brought you to this point. I say this because the Jmelara was not an isolated incident, as I recall you borrowing 2,000,000 meebles from someone that you were not able to pay back, and you were prepared to quit over this, as you made a thread involving this information. I specifically remember it because I was extremely disappointed to see that thread from you.

You have a lengthy history with scamming, while you maintain you were not a part of it, it certainly revolved around you quite a bit through your brothers at the time, and the money always had led back to you. Despite this, when you were chargebacked on, and told us your story about moving away from your brothers, I felt bad. I felt that I should in some way try to help you maintain contact with your brothers in some form, and what better than to be able to play with them on this server. More immediately, I personally vouched that you were worth bringing back to the server, and more so, someone then spent $20 of their own on that vouching.

I am not saying this to guilt or shame you, but to provide context for this question. What has changed since then? What is it now that assures anyone you will be on your best behavior? You had all the reasons in the world to be on your best behavior last time, yet it simply didn't work out. I don't even necessarily want you to answer my questions here, but more so to yourself and be honest with yourself. Are you just saying this to get back on to go back to business as usual, or do you want the opportunity to actually enjoy the game?

I personally feel that if you do get another chance, you should stay away from gambling in any form, as I can already see the dreadful road this will bring us to. I have no doubt in my mind if you return and go back to dicing we're going to wind up right back here in no time.

Well let me preface this ban appeal by saying this will not be the regular ban appeal, may not be formatted right. But I need to get my point across, and my play on meep was always unorthodoxical.

Let's start from the start, good bad and the ugly(This will have a ton). I will state this it won’t be the generic one where basically they say,”Sorry I hurt the community, and I hacked, I learned and it won’t happen again.” I played on the server for 4 years, countless hours, countless memories. I for sure changed me, how could it not, I played so many hours, at points it was a key part of life. Spent $600 dollars on the server on ranks and meebles(LOL).

When I started out playing meep I had was very quiet never talked in chat, I made houses in the wild huge extravagant things, spending hours on them, then the next day I would log back on and they would be blown up by some donor. The I meet Notchbeard(hope that is his name) and he offered me a plot clearing job for 2 plots for 20k. Took me 4 hours with iron picks but once I got that /pay jmelara 20000 I felt like I was the richest player ever(I later amassed 30 million getting to /baltop #9 or 9th richest on meep). What did I do with that money, well Notchbeard gave me a plot in his town and I built a pig…..

Later I would spend hours upon hours playing old capture the wool(just saying we should totally bring that back) I remember spending so much time, and never getting bored. Sometimes getting the courage to go into the terrarium, then to be one shot by donors. But hell it was all good fun.

I started to make money, bought a town, and bought a few donor ranks. Then I applied for staff(totaly power hungry). Which I made fake accounts to +1 myself, thinking they never would figure out. Needless to say I was never accepted.

Then quit for awhile after the collapse of Meep Networks and the whole cruelty gaming fiasco. On new meep was when I really got into it. I owned a town called JC(not standing for Jesus Christ) Where I made a huge town that had 150 residents, huge plans but fell short because of my lack of patience. Bought a rank for smorning, made a lot of cash(this is when meep really started for me). Applied for staff got accepted for interview, never had one. Smorning and I opened a bookstore where people sell use lvl 1 books we would combine them and get maxed out ones and sell them to the server elite. Kinda meet dianab72 but more on that later(I burned her bad).

I made friends with crusher(rich guy who use to play), and walker193 where I had big dreams all falling short. I made a town called The Giver crusher quit and had like 20 mil in his account. Smart guy me I took his rank away and without warning taxed 5%, generating like 11 million. I got banned 7 days for it, tried to deny it but I totally was at blame.

Came back little while after the ban and got into town building, and such again. Then during the summer I made an obsidian farm that made 500k+ per hour. I was making more money than anyone on the server at that point as it was afk, you can do the math it was unreal amounts of money. It got shut down after it got unstable and reggles44 shut us down basically. I had 30 million at that point(highest I ever was). Tried to build it again but in alpha this time with bigdaddyjoe and his portal. Dianab72 stopped me and I launched a whole smear campaign against her(sorry for that).

Later on I acquired /pwarp V for 5 million from bigdaddyjoe, if you didn't know it was basically a villager trading shop, where people trade all day and give me massive amounts of emeralds. Which I trade from my amassed 20 million dollars worth god villagers. Making me 175000 k per hour purely legal(as dianab72 does my method). Everything was going great money was being made legally good standing, then my computer died ;/. Losing everything, and when I mean everything, when my computer died the server lost I would say 30 million worth of stuff in a seconds time. Raided almost instantly.

Came back after I built a new computer and it wasn’t the same at all. Making money was tediously slow. Show logical me I said well,”I will just build a new one” welp nope. Walker193 made one and wasn’t going to give it to me after what happened. But I went behind his back and attempted to build my own to destroy his(great friend ikr). I had people lined up to expand margins, and profitability. So to get the process off the ground I took a loan 1.5 million from miniarch to speed up the process. I was paying it off and I got a ton of help from bigdaddyjoe(I feel almost worst for what I did to him, I need to honestly write two apologies.) After a few days of grinded like hell I decided to dice at 1.5 million 100k wager. I had a crazy losing streak losing 5 in a row…. I was so turned off by this I quit and shut off my computer. I knew I had to pay it back but had no encouragement to do so. I was so close and I literally didn’t want to spend the time to fix the issue. I could have made the money back for sure, but I lacked encoragement.

Judgment Period
As I mentioned I feel extremely bad for what I did, as I didn’t just hurt miniarch I hurt one of my biggest mentors on the server. This is one of the things that I find is extremely unforgivable. I can write another 5000 more words(As I haven’t already lost 99% of people, dont worry I will write a TLR section), but I made some bad mistakes. I didn't burn just burn one person mini arch but I burned bigdaddyjoe. I personally been scammed and it gives you a sick feeling in your stomach. I costed miniarch hours of my time as I was to lazy to play 3-4 more hours to get the money made back up.

I am extremely sorry(que JB song) I made my mistakes. I have a few offers in this appeal but before that let me put the sincere section. My action was awful, I was to lazy and in myself interests to simply not log onto my account for 3-4 hours to make the money up as I had the means. I have given myself 4ish months after my ban, I am not going to lie I scammed and I knew I did, I knew I was going to be permed banned and I was content with that at that time. As selfish as that sound I was content at the time with the decision.
I went against a lot when I did this action. I went against my word, my integrity, moral standards in general. I don’t think anyone should fully forgive me as what I did was no forgivable. Now that being said I am sorry Miniarch I know I hurt you, as you were going for a rank. I took your money saying I would pay it back, and I turned on you all of a sudden. I lost you hours upon hours of work for myself worth. I valued my time more than your which isn’t okay at all, I apologies as sincerely as I can through a keyboard. Then to Bigdaddyjoe, you were my mentor, person I looked up too and I scammed you. Took your money and then didn’t do what i said I was going to do. Truly disgusting behavior...
Now I am going to stand here and beg, I have learned from my mistakes, trust me, I punished myself enough. It was wrong, and it wasn’t a faceless crime I hurt more than just one person in the process. I know how horrible scamming miniarch was it is a selfish action. I have made a resolution to keep going even if I am kicking and screaming. I don’t know what else I can type I hurt him and I hurt the community. For this fact I have somewhat of an offer, kinda a bail offer. I will do the following:

Pay back miniarch 2 million a month after I get unbanned
In addition pay back Bigdaddyjoe 1 million a month after I unbanned

I was going to the usual thing where I apologies to the community and the players over and over; don’t take that as I am not sorry I am, but the whole process of that I feel is synthetic and really shows no improvement in actions. But I find that to be BS and it doesn’t fix anything, with my offer it allows for actual retribution for my acts.

Hours upon hours wasted as I was a idiot. I am ready to make up mistakes if ya’ll are ready to slowly forgive me. Let me have my one last ride, if I get banned again I will never play here again.

First off, my ban was because of doing parkour on alts, which brought up to 9 million meebles into the economy. I am greatly sorry for the amount of trouble I have bought to the server, and the community itself. I understand how it affected you guys and it was a really stupid decision of me. I have gotten so much time to think about it in these 3 months and as I stated in my last appeal, I nag myself on why I ever did it. I definitely learned from my mistakes and I never want to make this mistake again. In addition, as to what Jess_4DS said in my last appeal, I did not go on an alt and hack on kitpvp while I was banned. I wouldn’t do anything to affect me getting unbanned. But, all in all I just want to say I’m really sorry and I want to think before I do next time.

Why were you banned? Glitch Exploiting

I had no intention to "exploit" the glitch, and I don't think I did. What essentially happened was I did sell some of the wood to the shop, but I had no knowledge that I was exploiting the glitch. Once I found out, I immediately reported it on the forums.

Also, I'd like to see the proof as well.

Also, I even said myself that I would offer to pay the amount of money that I had received "illegally". I didn't feel like taking more aggressive actions (eg: telling a staff member directly) because I was told that it was being looked into.

Why we should consider your appeal: I made a mistake, I knew it was wrong to exploit/dupe in this manner but at the time my judgement was clouded by the potential to profit immensely from it with little chance of being caught. I'm not going to go into a super long post here like last time, if you want the full story go look at my last appeal, and I'm not going to sugar-coat it either, what I did was illegal and wrong and I deserved to be banned and have essentially everything taken away from me.

So here I am once again, appealing for my unban, 24-ish days later, by the time this appeal is handled it will most likely closer to 1 month(which is why I am appealing now- last one took almost 2 weeks).

I have a very good past with Meep, filled with tons of good memories. Which is why I feel terrible looking back upon what I did and thinking of the damage it caused to the economy, the players, and my reputation. Immediately after the confession and ban I went on teamspeak with Diana for over 2 hours and explained everything that went on and how, I assisted with not only ensuring that every alt account of those involved was banned, and all the money was accounted for and wiped, but also informed her of 2 other methods to dupe. This is why I was unbanned briefly and rebanned 3 hours after the first ban- I had to login ingame to help Diana with something. I have been nothing but helpful and compliant since my ban- as Diana and others can attest, that paired with my clean ban history prior to this(only a chargeback that I did not commit), and my good reputation I feel that 1 month is an appropriate length of a ban for my actions. I wish to return to Meep and become more involved once again, repair my reputation and earn back all my legit items that were lost due to a lapse in judgement.

Why we should consider your appeal: Look, I’m not sure I will ever get unbanned. Last week, I logged out of my account and swore never to log in again. I couldn’t stay away. I need Meepcraft. I’m going to keep appealing until I’m given another chance, or until I’m forced out.


Just to say. Every time I have scammed someone I have personally sought them out and deeply apologised, but I just wanna say here too, if you’ve ever been scammed by me in the past I am truly sorry, and beg your forgiveness.


Oftenly I ask myself, what happened, for me to get to the position of which I am? Where did it go wrong? Well, first I’d like to just talk about my history. It started back in early 2014, where I scammed a player whom I am now close friend with of 100k. I got banned for a short time, and when I returned I even still had the money. I thought, hmm, this is easy, why not just keep doing it? At the time I was with my then-family whom I loved very much, as a foster kid in Australia I could safely say it was by far the best family I had ever been with. Well, March rolled around and with stress and the beginning of what looked like depression popped up in my life, on top of that annoying quality you have when you’re 13, I was contiously a nuisance to the server. I built next to towns, I harassed, I trolled, but one day I pay spammed the whole server (which at the time was possible) and as a result crashing it, with Fuzzlr on. That was a lengthy ban, from around mid March to mid May. As I got unbanned, I was back to scamming. Not once, not twice, but three times I used alts to rank scam. With me tugging the staff’s arms, I finally convinced them that I could be let back on the server. At the time of this, my depression was still showing more and more by the day. Well, I was unbanned, and not 5 hours later was I banned once more, this time as the victim of a chargeback. As my longest ban, and for the first time with a ban that wasn’t at all my fault, the chargeback ban lasted for over 3 months. During those 3 months, I was moved from my then foster family to a new one in Brisbane, Australia. Again, even though I missed my 2 brothers, this was another good family. I felt pretty lucky. Well, started by the Meep community was a fundraiser to pay my chargeback fee, and I was unbanned. I enjoyed my time on Meep, I started what would turn out to be an amazing town with a great community, known as Lotus this town would be one of the last on Meep to have an actual active community of it’s own. Sadly though, with my dicing habits I did a 1.6 million dice and didn’t pay. I got, what at the time was an unappealable ban, and raged. I harassed Onis to the point of that being a permanent ban for me alone, as well as posting things on these forums I to this day really regret. I was permanently forums banned, I was permanently banned in-game. For the next 3 months, I tricked the IP check system and played as creeper2812, and managed to convince the staff that I was his ex-brother. Creeper2812 is indeed my ex-brother’s account, however it took about 3 tries to guess his password, and with him playing Steam games and disliking mine craft, he was never aware. Well, 2 months had passed and I felt as if this was the time I came back and apologised. And so I did. I was unbanned on the forums and a few weeks later my in game appeal was accepted. n00bslayer was back. As we moved into November and December, I got amazing news. My mom’s application to have me returned to her in my home country of Denmark had been accepted and I was happy as anything. I thought this would be the start of a new life, and although at the time I was pretty careless in-game, my scamming days were over. Sure, I got petty bans for sexual references, caps, swearing, etc, I truly did not think I would ever scam again. Well, my conditions in real life got pretty rough over christmas and January. I was staying with refugees at a Sydney “international refugee centre” which really, really sucked. Had I not had my iPad’s personal hotspot, which is the only thing I could thank the government for, I wouldn’t have been on Meep at all. The end of January rolled around, I got home, I settled in, things were going good. February came and the depression that had been doubling up inside me really just exploded all at once. Valetine’s day came, and even though I’d barely known her for a month, I had grown very close to this friend, and her suicide was just enough for me to go completely insane. I needed a break from Meep, from school, from family, from my life. I need to quit. I thought, why not do this the good ol’ way eh? And so I did, by scamming around total 2 million meebles. I regretted it even the next day, and tried my best to make up for it. I even convinced someone to pay them all plus 100k each back in return for my unban. Of course it didn’t work, this was what I had brought down on myself, an unappealable ban. I was devastated. The depression in me now was too much to handle, and I cut 5 times down my left arm. My mom noticed something was seriously wrong here, and I got help. Back at Meep, a friend of mine whom really wanted me back bought a citizen account for a million meebles, and gave it to me. I changed the name, I changed my identity. I became the friendly, helpful, the furthest from a scammer one could become person. I became Mockingbae. And boy I did a good job, I got under everyone’s nails as Mocking, got everyone to trust me. Heck, I even discreetly asked some people for their opinions on myself, being n00bslayer. I had the best fun I’d had in a while. We’re a few days into April, and I need to let off steam. I knew I was risking a ban, but there comes a point where even the friendliest of the friendly need to rage a bit. I went on an alt and spammed inappropriate things in shout, having a good laugh at some of the reactions. Of course though, it didn’t end good. In fact, it completely ruined my second identity thing. The only comfort I had was that what I did was language, and unlike scamming, it didn’t hurt anyone. Well, what could I do? It was time, I thought, to with one of several bangs prove to everyone that I am a good kid. And I did. Only 1 person (who I really don’t believe) said they weren’t fooled. People told me that they were glad I had changed. I was glad I had changed.


Why should you trust me back onto Meepcraft?

• The last time I got unbanned from a permanent scamming ban was back in November. That’s a fair while ago. And as explained above, my last scamming ban, in February, wasn’t even for the sake of scamming. I mean, I took out the loans with the intention of not paying them back so that I could quit. I learnt my lesson a long time ago, back in November, and I regret even the thought of quitting in February. So I guess I’ve doubley-learnt my lesson - and there’s no way in hell I’m ever going to quit again, at least not in the form of a ban. What I’m trying to put across here is; I’ve learnt my lesson.

• Mockingbae. A respectful and friendly player doing his best to help everyone. That was me, and is me. Once I’m back in game, that is the attitude I am going to have, which I did over a 2 months time period prove that I am very capable of.

• Look, I’ve said it a million times and I’m going to say it again. I’m sorry. I can’t change the past, but I can change the future, which is what I want to do. I want to be just another Meepcrafter, having fun, making progress, and not breaking any rules…

• The bad aside, I have made some good contributions to Meepcraft in the past. I report people doing the wrong thing, I put forth my ideas as suggestions, I do my best to help out where I can, etc.

• It won’t happen again. I am not going to get banned on Meepcraft again, for any reason. But, to give you guys reassurance I’ll happily agree to something like any more scamming or scamming related bans will result in a ban for acts against the server and me being banned on all aspects of Meepcraft. Although I am never getting banned again, just to make that clear.

I just want to escape life to the magical land of Meepcraft once again. Meepcraft really was an escape for me. Some people use alcohol, some people use drugs. I use Meepcraft. So I’m going to say this:



You will not regret unbanning me.
