I have nothing to do with this ban, or appeal, with exception of my knowing Cooleys to the depth I do. I can vouch he would have not stood by and let you close his town. Had he known you were planning on majorly altering his town and changing it forever, he would have given it to someone else as well.

This confirms what Onis said, you're plan was to close the town as you were removing money not yours. While a mayor owns a town the money can be declared "his", however if this money is not supplied by you, it could also be considering the town's "money". (If residents maintain the account, etc, etc) In this case the money was supplied via USD donations from Cooleysworld.

You simply crossed a line man, and now are trying to use technicalities to justify your position. You're plan was to remove the money, reduce the town and go about your business. That is certainly kicking the gift horse in the mouth, and I believe, against the intention Cooleysworld had when he gave it to you. Regardless of his activity status now, that town will always be HIS, and you must respect that.

On this case I 100% agree with Onis, regardless of how many times you "technically" didn't violate any rule, you're actions are certainly in the spirit against the rules, against Cooleysworld, and against Penncrest.

 

1. Your history has caused a lot of players and staff to distrust you!
2. I feel we waste to much time on the same offenders and not enough on the player base who needs us and respects the rules.
3.IF I accept this ban appeal it will come with two stips.

* You will not be allowed in Centrum* at all, I will not make it so you can't get there but you will be watched, and if you are in there *ever* Perm ban from game, forums, and TS. (Once you prove you are here to game and not harm the game this "could" be changed) Never ask when!

* You will be on a probation for 30 days, meaning any game infraction resulting in a temp ban or ban will be final if in the 30 day period.

Now I want you to comment here if you understand this and agree!

I will accept this ban appeal, If you agree on the terms that:

Any illegal actions will result in a perm ban
You will not allow your brother on your account
If these two are followed for the next 30 days any punishments will return to normal.

 

Hello, you were not banned for the fact that you had 30+ offenses (you only have 19). It was because you were using alternate accounts to generate meebles, which added up to 30+ individual offences, or meebles being generated illegal, on those accounts. I hope that clears things up. Let me know if you have a plan to make sure this doesn't happen again or if you have any questions

Hi MasterCrafter. I did indeed ban you for raiding his plot. You were not opening an enderchest, but instead breaking signs off of chests that read "Palani12" and then opening said chests.. I asked you to stop TWICE. Told you to stop ONCE MORE. You replied "No." and continued to raid. THEN you pulled out a story of "Those are my items, I was storing them on my brother's plot so that I didnt have to pay taxes". This is a problem for two reasons. 1: You have a plot of your own. Same town. Empty. 2: I checked the boxes. None of which showed you placing ANYTHING into them. None. NOW.. after I told you this TWICE, you then changed it to, "My brother told me to get his stuff."... That still doesn't work. When a player is banned for any reason (perm), all of their items are to be wiped. There is not "giving them away" or "holding them".. they HAVE TO BE WIPED. Now, if that wasn't enough, should we talk about your rage at me on TeamSpeak?

 

Here is the evidence you were sitting in 1 place, just punching, we'd walk into your body and you'd keep hitting. When I offered you 1m you didn't move. You were either taping your mouse down or using a macro as your head never moved an inch. Before you say "It was my friend" or "It wasn't me I swear!", your account is your responsibility.

What have you learned and why should we trust you to do better? I am very sorry if I offended anyone in any way. I guess I've learnt that honesty has a limit, and that if I cross that limit, I might offend someone. I never intended to slam whatever staff member I was talking to (I have no idea who it was now), and what I said, I didn't want taken personally. I feel like since my ban I've grown up quite a bit, and I feel I'm ready to rejoin the community.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: If I do get unbanned, I probably won't play much anyway. I just want to see how people and things are going.

I do still think my ban wasn't completely verified, but I've come to accept it and it's probably time to move on.
