I was looking at your history and its so long of a history Iate. I need to know from you that this is not going to happen again? MeepCraft is at a point now where we are moving forward and in the direction of greatness and I can not keep making exceptions to perm bans just to have this lead to another. Do you really want to play fair on the server? and will this happen again?

Why we should consider your appeal: So today I logged in to Meepcraft and wondered what to do. My favorite thing to do is to make automatic farmers so I don't have to do much work in my town (members are full of family). Then I thought in my head, what would be the best thing to do if I just walk around my town doing nothing. The answer was music. So i decided to find music discs for a jukebox that I had just created, since I could not find any stores to buy music discs. The first thing I did was to look at the Minecraft wiki. In the wiki, I found information that music discs could be found in dungeons. At first I went through caves after caves looking for mines, but it took forever. So then I decided to look for something on the internet to give me a nice tool to find dungeons. I looked up a youtube video and decided to download an x-ray texture pack to look for dungeons. Since I did not know this was against the rules, I thought it was an ethical way to find dungeons since I would not be using any hacks. Once I had installed texturepack, I started looking for the dungeons (using a lot of /random commands). Since the dungeons were connected to mines (with spawners), I decided to take them also since I would be able to sell them to player stores. Eventually as I went through a few dungeons, I noticed that I was only getting cat and 13 music discs. So I looked at the wiki again; it said that music discs would be dropped if a skeleton's arrow kills a creeper. So I decided to get a skeleton spawner and create a trap for creepers to get music discs. It took a very long time since not many creepers spawn. As I waited for creepers to spawn, I decided to afk to eat my dinner. I left my partner, Taxzerus to afk at our creeper trap so our skeleton wouldn't despawn. After I came back to my computer, I noticed that I had been banned by LadyCassandra for x-ray. So I decided to make a ban appeal after seeing the rules clearly. I fully understand my mistake and would take full resposibility for my actions. I hope I would be able to join this server again since it is one of the only towny minecraft servers left to this date. By the way my partner, Taxzerus got banned too, I hope you would also let him play again. He is too busy to create a ban appeal.

What have you learned and why should we trust you to do better? I actually wasn't trying to get banned this time, I was just using the heads I took to put in my museum(lol). even though i know i'm still an idiot for stealing them in the first place, I had been talking to Savvvy(the rightful owner of the heads) and had asked her to use them in my museum and she never responded, and us being friends I assumed that I would be allowed to use them just in my museum. Jacknat wasn't on at the time and I knew I had access to the chests, so I went in and took around 4 heads in the middle of January(i think). I'm actually kinda mad at myself that I got perm-banned this time because that wasn't my intention at all. I was warned about a week ago that my next ban would be a perm-ban and at the time I didn't think I had anything to worry about because I had taken the heads before that warning and I didn't think Jack would've had a problem with it if he had known that they were just in my museum and that I had talked with Savvvy. Yes I know that this appeal will probably not be accepted, and I'm sure I lost all of the respect that I tried re-gaining when I was unbanned at the end of December. I think that's all I need to cover right now. (if given the opportunity, i will pay jacknat any fee that i would owe him for the valuable heads he lost).

What have you learned and why should we trust you to do better? I was in Kdocherty7's town when I went afk. I came back and scrolled up the chat to see messages from Miku telling me to leave, so I left the town and went into the wild beside their town.

I then proceeded to ask Draqq why he wanted me to leave his town. He tp'd Cookieman, and then he asked me to leave his town even though I was in the wild.

Cookieman then told me I was going to get banned if I didn't leave... but I was in the wild. I kept asking him why I would get banned for being in the wild AFTER I left their town, then klutch came along and issued the ban.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: kdochety7 accepted the tpa, I had a look around then went afk, then left the town when they asked. At no point was I "harassing" them, I simply left the town and questioned why I would get banned for being in the wild.

I was in fact afk in the arena, (@Cherrykit can prove this) and then I came back from afk and my internet connection was failing due to listening to music streamed from the Music Channel in Teamspeak (@GingerManOWNS can prove this). Leaving was not intentional. I'm not sure who issued my report but this ruins my reputation. I have literally no reason to log.

Why we should consider your appeal: After over one month of not playing Meepcraft, I have totally learned my lesson. For the past month, I've attempted to do many things to try and entertain myself but I couldn't have as much fun as I did when I played Meepcraft (I know, it's sad). The only reason I started to use x-ray was that I had lost a large amount of money on Meepcraft that day, and I was desperate to get it back. After I used x-ray once, I though I could keep getting away with doing it. Now that I know what it feels like to be banned, I assure you that I won't be breaking anymore rules anytime soon. I realize that playing games legitimately is what makes it worth playing. I have read over the rules several times, and I feel that I am ready to come back. Like I said in my previous ban appeal, I deleted all my resource packs that have given me an unfair advantage, and I haven't ever used them since. I understand the severity of my actions, and I'm truly sorry for what I've done. I am asking for a second chance. I would like to see Meepcraft again. Please consider my appeal.

However, I realize that an offense is an offense no matter how trivial it is, and the type of infraction I have committed is a more severe one. I strongly regret my actions, and I do not intend to do any sort of cheating again.

Why we should consider your appeal: Hello meepers . First of all, i was not hacking. As many of our good pvpers may know, kitpvp has some lag spikes and it is still having hit detection issues. So I came into my brother's account (Renderized) and decided to record some trolling. Since I'm quite decent at pvp i thought i would like to see the reactions from my friends. Quite interesting experiment if I say so myself.

Foretvert came online, believe me, i knew at that moment someone had reported me. I started recording, i asked for a 1v1 to him and even WROTE in the chat .legit. I mean, i have no actual reason to be banned. After defeating him and some other diamond dude, this young man, xtjunior, came to kit.

I knew xtjunior had been called for support. I just kept pvping, and then BOOM, banned..
Luckily i had all the scene caught on video, live and exclusive for my youtube channel .

I'm also pretty sure all my recent warning points are from posting on ban reports from Hornemans, threads about hornemans, etc, you get the point.

Why we should consider your appeal: It has been 4 or 5 months since I was banned from meep, and this is the longest time I have been away from Meep in my 2 years, 5 months of being on Meep (Shocker), I am one of the oldest still active players, and who now respects the staff, and the players on it. Along on my short slit of time I got waiting for Devil or Cooleys to re-ban me, I had the time of my life talking to the community and people in kitpvp. It was great to see my friends on Meep, along with new faces on meep and such. Now lets get to the juice. Why should I be unbanned? After all you did x-ray and on your last appeal in December, you said you didn't care at all about the server. While I got banned in October, I got really bored of Meep, and I was also partially mad at the fact there was 0 ways for me to make money, and my town was gonna die. After staying up all night for wild reset, and it still didn't come till 12 hours after promised, I thought none other then to do it then to make most cash. Although it felt wrong as I did it, I still did it. When I appealed I saw how many people had left, and how many people quit or got banned from Meep, it no longer felt special to me, I wanted to come back, but just to check up on the place. Although it was denied for my lack of caring.

Why else should staff consider my appeal? Why, this is as serious as an Aki can get. After being on the server since the beginning (Literally, I was on here as staff till April, June I came on here with my Akiratohiama account, and grew from there.), I feel like I should be let on, since this is my only ban besides requested ones, and my record is clean. Not to mention I've been staff many times so I know what I did was wrong and it was stupid of me, rules are rules, and you have to follow them after all. I realized how much Meep meant to me, since I spent almost 3 years on the server, knowing all old, middle and current staff also, its a treasure to me, so I think I should come back and continue to play on the server, until (and if), it ever goes down.

I don't know if this should be a list of things you have done to the server, because I saw on some appeal that they spent like $80 dollars, well, I spent a total of 2,000$ on the server, are you happy?
Just kidding, no really, I donated 2,000.. Nevermind.
The first time I was banned, it was listed as "X-Ray" by Quaddy. You guys gave me the mercy of coming back, which I stupidly used to actually xray.
The x-ray listed from before was a set up to get wiped, as to why my past self decided it would be fun to play with fire is a mystery to me.

I also have a question that was suggested to me to include in this appeal.
How did some people managed to get unbanned after being banned for scamming/blackmailing/harassing at least 3 or more times. While I only exploited parkour in order to get money which can easily be wiped and I've been permanently banned and not allowed to get back into the server?

I'm asking the staff who will handle this to answer my question before replying "You are not allowed to get back into the server" and auto denying my appeal. Thanks!

Why should we unban me: Well to start off I acutally thought it was legal. One of my friends(former staff) said it was legal and did it in his town. So I really did think what I was doing was legal! I am sorry I should have read forums before or did a modreq! Opps sorry(go through chat logs in my beta town!)

Secondly the reason why i did it was because crusher owes monkey money and I soon will own the account so I was just going to repay her and surviving! I really had no intent on scamming or anything! I really am sorry I really didn't mean to. If I knew it was illegal I would never had done it!

Thridly I am a very devoted player on meep and this is my first ban ever! I really made a mistake and I am really sorry! I just messed up ;(. I would love to play meep again but I understand that what I did shouldnt have happened and if you keep me banned I will live.....
