I'm also sorry for making a joke in the first place because jokes are bad as they may offend someone. Hopefully we can move on in the future and make sure meepcraft is safe for it's owner who apparently can't fend for himself or make his own decisions and for children of all ages. thank you

As my account was found giving a pickaxe to BeyondTrolling, the xrayer, one can instantly come to the conclusion that I am guilty. However, I have a small detail that might prove my innocence.

BeyondTrolling and Snorehax's passwords are identical.

This would make it extremely easy for one to log onto my account, and steal some of my stuff.

As an ex staff member, I am aware of the "your account your responsibility" rule, but this is not my account.
Techically, this account was given to SuperVladmir. Even though I can use it, Vladmir has access to the account, and uses it much more than I do.

A year ago, I made a vow that I would never do anything illegal again. Its foolish for people to think that I would let down my promise.

Even though the evidence is weighted, and proof on my part is lacking, I will be open to a balance reset, and everything to be reset from me except for my rank.

Why we should consider your appeal: I have been playing on an Alt account since the ban of my main Marshallmafers, since i have just gained the rank of [Architect] on my alt I would like to be unbanned and transfer my rank over to my main, I have apologized to everyone I could, nasapc123 has known that I have been on an alt, Onis_Luck knows, Cooleysworld knows as well. As well does 50% of the staff. It has been a week and a perm ban for spam is unethical. I feel that i have done wrong and have over reacted, Knowing that it will not happen again I would like to get on my main and continue building on that account. My actions were immature and a perm ban for spam was over doing it. Please and thank you .

 

After discussion and testing, we've been able to recreate all of the issues you've been accused of. You are currently unbanned ingame.

We as staff apologize for keeping you off the server for around a day, but we hope you can understand our reasoning. With the evidence presented, we made the decision to ban your account due to the extremely weird actions seen in the videos. After testing, we've been able to recreate things we were not aware was possible prior.

I am sorry for the delay in responses. We've been trying to sort this out and really take time to look at it. I've been looking at it for about an hour now.

I watched this previously and saw some suspicious parts and some parts (that people pointed out) that didn't look like hacking. After watching it again, with some more knowledge from my research, some more parts look like you aren't hacking. If you could take the time to look at my following questions and respond to them. If ANYONE has more knowledge of PvP and would like to share their input, please contact me personally (Skype or forums convo).

What Devil was trying to get across here is that you somehow manage to knockback bluapol 7-12 blocks from you. Yes, there are no kb hacks, but you somehow got a .5 heart combo and knocked him back that far? Another instance of this comes up in another video by a cactus, the recorder lost 1 heart from that and then 1 from being knockedback 10-15 blocks. With my small knowledge of combos, is it possible to get a combo on someone and only give .5-1 heart of damage?

Hi ohDraqq. I took some time this evening to look at your logs from around the time of the incident, and I see you messaging people from different locations during the same login that the shout was sent, where you claim to be on a mobile chat client. Could you explain how you managed to move your player ingame without using commands? Note that this is separate from using /pvp or other warps (or /tpa, etc.) - you sent messages from various coordinates in the same world(s).

Care to explain how you claimed the rewards for countryside parkour from this location using 142 accounts(edit:142 is all that could be ipmatched, there were more) that have already been IP matched? Including your mains?

It has been tested to show that the only way to claim the reward from this location is with a hacked client and freecam, it has also been tested and shown that the only way to get to this block location is with an iron axe through block glitching :

After that explain why you're doing this for three weeks if all my other hundreds of pages of data and logs are wrong:

Then explain why every alt has nearly the exact same pattern of :
1.join meep
2.warp to the chest setup and meet you
3. you take the axe from the chest and drop it for the alt
4. alt warps to parkour
5. 2.5 minute average later you complete countryside parkour. (2.5 MINUTES! AVERAGE? ARE WE STUPID???)
6. every account that completed the parkour left from inside a block, every hawkeye log shows you typing /spawn or the cute /pwarp jelly, from INSIDE A DOOR. None of the surrounding blocks have any of the matching log patterns. I.E. you were INSIDE A DOOR and not next to it.
7. after the account warps back to your little setup, the account is usually cleared of the remaining balance, your sign used to be a bit different and left a ton of "502" balance accounts, which(before you changed your signs to .1) adds up to exactly the parkour reward(selling cobble for ~30k some) + selling the axe and cobble(for 2).
I will not post the individual logs of each account executing the above mentioned procedure but rest assured any of the accounts banned have logs that show a "parkour quit" from inside the door + reward claim from that location + presence in front of your chestshop afterwards, we only needed one and your IP, I got data for every one, and IP matched them all.

Once again all these accounts were verified to have been used by you to execute this exploitation method, if you can somehow manage to explain how you got into the exact same spot in a DOOR without using an axe to block glitch I would bring up the point of how you managed to hit a parkour rewards sign that is nearly 9 blocks away from you, through a fence/slab/door. Then once you come up with some sort of lame excuse, explain how you did it once the stairs were added, i.e. yesterday. THEN explain how you can complete parkour in 2 minutes and 3 seconds? Yea, thought so.

You are sloppy Daed. I knew you would never be able to earn money the legitimate way, you take pride in your "shortcuts" and I noticed. You always refused my request that you(a seasoned meep player) set a better example for those around you, you failed and let them and us all down.

Please re-appeal in no less than As onis says, you can either take the telinus route and act like you never had a hacked client, or you can simply admit it and come clean. In either case you'll still remain banned, albeit maybe different lengths. It is my judgement that you won't, and you'll just try to circumvent our bans. To that I say:

not proof, me going to towns A and Towns B in certain amounts of time doesn't proof that i dupe. Me inserting diamonds into a chest on 1/10, then again on 1/12 (diamonds that were recovered from a plot in my town, not duped) does not proof they are duped. Staff is lacking in quality and they are not doing their job. If I am kept banned for duping while in reality the people that actually did dupe are not banned, that's upsetting lmfao.

 

We are refusing to check the logs because of your attitude. That is the sole reason not a single one of us will lift a finger to help you. The rules said you must supply proof, and because you are throwing a fit, we're being as strict on the rule as we can.

Perhaps a bit of humility would have helped you.

You took someone's money with the intent to walk away without giving what you promised in return.
I support a permanent ban on this instant of scamming because you thought you'd get away with scamming 700k because it was outside of MeepCraft staff's jurisdiction.

I will quit staff if this ban appeal is accepted because it shows that MeepCraft supports scamming.
