This appeal is denied, You have been around a long time, Window_Licker1 you are an Elite ranked player, so not seeing that rule is a lie.

4. Hacking/Cheating
The use of any hack, modification, glitch, or texture pack to give yourself an unfair advantage falls under this category. Suspicion of use of a hacked client is reason enough to ban. The things that violate this rule are but not limited to:

• A modified Minecraft Client
• Any Full-bright modification
• Any x-ray related mod/texture pack/glitch
• Any form of speed hacks
• Any form of PVP hacks
• Any form of duplication or “duping”
• Using any glitch that gives you an unfair advantage and/or being warped somewhere that requires you to use a glitch

 

Are you able to handle my forum ban? Or no? Because, I honestly just mainly want to be unbanned on the forums.

If I didn't care about this appeal, I wouldn't be appealing in the first place.

I explained this: I put a huge amount of effort into explaining all of that and apologizing in my original appeal, which is easily accessible by staff members (Correct?), so re-explaining all of that here would be a blatant waste of your time.

To sum things up though - Yes, I am fully aware that what I did caused an extremely huge amount of trouble. I know that what I did was incredibly annoying, immature, and just a giant waste of time for all of the staff to deal with. I know that I should not have done what I am, I apologize for the fact that I did it, and I would like a second chance. I could ramble on about this for much longer, but like I said, I already explained all of this in my first appeal, so it would be a waste of time to restate everything again.

Anyway, I feel like it's pretty obvious that I genuinely want to rejoin the community. The ban appeal bot, which I used to do all of this, has been back for a very long time now, so if I had any interest in still being an immature jerk and trolling, I obviously could have done so. However, I have not done anything of the sort, and I have done my best to ask for a second chance and apologize, so I feel like this speaks for itself in showing that I definitely don't have any intention to cause any more harm.

Before we go any further, I want to posit the question, is it worth letting you back, since your off already? From what I see you kind of go around being very insulting to other people, and rude. Skype me on Deinen and let's chat this out and I'll get you back on the forums, but I have to say, the hostility of your posts have thrown me aback a bunch, and I have a pretty thick skin.

It's a little odd that there have been people on the server with names such as Hymen_Breaker, Jizzman (Supermod back in the day), and bigtitties57, yet I get banned for a name that has no inappropriate words in it. Whether it gains attention or not, it is still not innapropriate.

This would be your 6th offense of scamming looking over your history. Repeated offenses definitely stack and are not tolerated.

I think I have to partly disagree with your statement that you disagree with my statement that it was unfair. It may not fully have been "unfair" as I was the one taking the risk even after several people had gone to the trouble to get me unbanned (pretty much what you said, but I fully agree). No, I did not intend to scam whatsoever. Yes, I'm fully aware that in the end all of this relates back to one thing; gambling.

What has changed since then? How can I assure the staff, and more importantly the meep community that I will be on my best behaviour? Well, a lot has changed. In the time that I was banned I have focused more on school work and my friends, all the while becoming more mature. In this time I have also had time to think my ban over. I realise I have made some idiotic decisions in my past on meep, however I believe I have over come them. I know I had every reason to be on my best behaviour last time, although clearly I guess I just wasn't mature enough. Instead of enjoying the game and socializing, I immediately went back to my "business as usual" dicing left right and centre. I have made the same mistake 4 times, something I, as leading Seaman in the Navy Cadets, should know much better then to do. It's one of the very keys we are taught; you can make a mistake, but you can't make the same mistake twice. I promise with all my honesty that I will not disappoint the staff, the meep community, or my friends.

So to the staff, all if my friends, anyone reading this,
Please forgive me.
I have made some stupid decisions in the past, however now I just want to enjoy the game and play with my friends.

I would ofcourse be happy to go back to the deal that any scam related bans are auto perm unappealable bans.

 

To your first part: people like VKL have been perm/temp at least 30 times. If anything, the amount of bans I have is only half of his.
Second part: I agree with your first section. I have had a long list of harassment (not so language, I never really swear on purple), and yea, I have been unpleasant. However, it's kind of hard to explain why I should be unbanned. It's only possible to contribute to this server if you can actually play on it, and if I had to give a reason, it's cause I have been given an extensive amount of time (1M,3W,6D) to learn from my mistakes.
I have changed for the better, and I won't break your trust.

Could you please include actual evidence possibly?
I see no reason for the points,
no original point assignment dates,
no point endurances.
Also, the top is labeled "Expiry"
I seriously doubt the validity of this.
Also, there is no way to positively identify who these points are for.

I see no name, and no previously stated evidence.
It did not help anyone in terms of coming to a conclusion.

Start times are first, end times second.
As you can see these were all for a month. According to a different mod, they should have been for 2 weeks - thus, expired.
Seeing as you have given me three of those, mind getting another opinion?

 

Old_Pink. It is WELL known that you despise Hornenmans. Your repeated harassment of him have already landed you with a previous warning and a previous ban. Saying that what you did is not harassment is a joke. You singled him and his town out making a rude, ugly sign right up against his plots. Not only are you harassing him, you are (as you found out) breaking the rules regarding settlements in two ways. Put this all together with your rather long ban record, you are actually lucky to have received only 7 days. Denied....and still considering changing this to a perm.

Not only idiotic and biased but a false statement. I make one post on another thread and it's apparently "posting all over the forums" and "evading your ban". Even though I was already unbanned and my main account should have been unbanned with it considering it was banned without reason in the first place and as I was already IP unbanned it should correlate into my account's unban. Literally a momentous achievement in the amount of stupidity that Nasa has shown in the past. It's unbelievable that a child such as him would amount to anything more than moderator as he is obviously lacking in not only mental thinking capabilities but doesn't understand how to control his personal opinion of a player. This one act of insolence has made me remember why I dropped off the radar for such a long time; the upper-staff member's are the accumulate of a disaster which has been allowed to run on for far too long. I sincerely hope that Nasa had just been yelled at by his parents for being up to late and was in a retched mood as if he wasn't then god help your player base for it's being run by a sheep.

And this is why you were banned.You do not seem to get the concept that you are forum banned for the language use and disrespectful content that appears everywhere you post. Creating an alt is perfectly fine for posting a ban appeal, however it defeats the point of a ban if you post on other forum threads, something which we are very struct about. This is evading your ban whether you like it or not, I put my neck out by even unbanning you IP at the request of damiencw, and hoped there could be some form of positive interaction here. I see there is not, which is why this appeal was denied in the first place.

Now to analyse the contents of your rant. Firstly, you are not the one to tell us you were banned for no reason, there was perfect reason behind this ban as I am sure you can recall for the language and general hate you spread across the forums. Similarly my opinion of you is lessened when you make skype groups and spam sexual content throughout it.

Secondly, your IP unban was literally so you could file a ban appeal in the first place, I had made no decision at the time to unban you, as it was simply so an appeal could be filed.

Now, 'It's unbelievable that a child such as him would amount to anything more than moderator as he is obviously lacking in not only mental thinking capabilities but doesn't understand how to control his personal opinion of a player' I don't think a personal attack is the most positive approach here. I am perfectly capable of thinking straight, and by posting this you have identified perfectly to me why I should have maintained your IP ban. I am most likely older than you if this is how you react to conflict, unless I ma observed something very wrong here. The reason I denied this appeal was nothing out of personal hate for you, rather protecting the rest of the server from receiving similar hate as was depicted through this lovely message left for me. I am simply doing my job of removing the trolls who go too far.

Now, this is getting personal again, and very much uncalled for. It seems you are unaware that time does not revolve around your location, it was infact around 4pm.

Now as for being a sheep, I am unsure what I am a sheep to. A sheep instinctively follows the pack which you make out that I don't, stating that something is 'run by a sheep' connotes that the sheep is in fact a leader, which defeats the entire purpose of such an insult as the sheep, being a leader, has nothing to conform to. I am going to re-open this ban appeal simply so you may respond out of courtesy to you, following your response to this action will be taken depending on the content of such a response.

It puzzles me that you see yourself as so superior to everyone else that you must send such a vindictive and hate-filled message to me, simply because you are not allowed to play a game. I will add that numerous individuals recommended I not unban this IP and I did so in good faith hoping for some decency from you, however you have managed to prove me wrong. The ban does stand in game and on the forums, I await your reply to this. I do apologise if I have said anything you deem offensive, it was not intended so, merely to reiterate my point.
