It has been quite some time since you were on Meepcraft.
Your next ban will be permanent and I stick to my word when players are not welcome back on the server. If you decide to go off the rails it will be the last time you play Meepcraft, accepted.

PS. I have 2 suggestions for clubs you could support instead of Manchester United.

 

You have a very toxic history, and every time you have appealed in the past it is always the same story every time. We do not see a change, we have given you too many chances, we've asked you to not let us down and you did.

The use of any hack, modification, glitch, or texture pack to give yourself an unfair advantage falls under this category. Suspicion of use of a hacked client is sufficient enough to ban. The things that violate this rule are, but not limited to:

• A modified Minecraft client
• Any Full-Bright modification
• Any X-Ray related mod/texture pack/glitch
• Any form of speed hacks
• Any form of PVP hacks
• Any form of duplication, or “duping”
• Any form of parkour hacks
• Using any glitch that gives you an unfair advantage, or being warped somewhere that requires you to use a glitch
• Altering the Gamma of your client to simulate the effects of a full-bright modification (Donors with a full-bright perk are an exception to this rule)
• Macros, autoclickers, or devices set up to simulate either autoclicker or macro
• Scripts, or bots, or other externally semi-automated or automated functioning

What is the point in having a business with staff who can't provide simple customer service?

 

I would like to say that I am very happy to see a legit appeal, a seemingly sincere apology and you wanting to actually be back for the community. Thank you. As this is an intense ban of sorts, as well as many of us have played part in your banning and the banning of your alts, I think it would be better for an admin to handle this appeal. I will pass it on.

 

Hi, though I am not directly involved in this case and I am no longer a moderator of this server I do know a good bit about this subject.

All in all your account is your responsibility. It doesn't matter if someone else said they could do it or not, the rules should be known by all players. Meepcraft does not tolerate account sharing, anything your "cousin" does (Because they were on your account) is your problem.

A few suggestions I would make: make your appeal more formal and actually put some effort in it, change your password to make sure your cousin cannot get on your account, and be prepared for this to be denied. It may be accepted I really don't know, but prepare for the worst. Be ready to appeal again (If it is denied) in a few weeks-month (Depends on what the moderators suggest to you), be respectful and nice through this whole deal and I have no doubt you will be back on Meepcraft in no time.

Reason for ban: Officially it was a ctf tactic I did not know was illegal since it was not and still is not on the forum rules, which I was assuming had every server rule on it. Unofficially 2 things...

What have you learned and why should we trust you to do better? Well I have definitally learned to not do fishy stuff like that cheap ctf tactic that people had been used back in the day.

Also, I am aware that I miss understood what the staff meant on my last ban about ctf about asking a staff if something is illegal. The only reason why I didn't ask a staff about this ctf thing is unlike the last appeal, there was no indication on any rule board I knew about of this tactic being illegal or else trust me I would of contacted someone to confirm.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: If it makes any difference this is technically my second ban and as I recall the people (Mattisaperson and Alexxx) I was doing the tactic with were not perma banned but instead only temp banned for a few weeks. (I think you can find proof of this on my forum wall I hope) Also as I recall but I sadly have no proof of, June told me to try to appeal 2-3 weeks after the ban. Weather or not she has proof of this is beyond me but still that is what I recall.

So to sum up, this has clearly been a misunderstanding on my part because I was miss informed of where all the rules are located, what was illegal, and what the message the staff member sent me meant.

On a side note, I am also filing this ban appeal to make sure all accounts belonging to other players that I went on once or twice over the years are also unbanned by proxy to mine since I am pretty sure this is an IP ban.

Why we should consider your appeal: I get that I was being a pain IG but i don't think I had any infractions on the forums. If I posted something bannable and forgot than I can see why y'all would ban me but as far as I remember I was being pretty tame on the forums.

What have you learned and why should we trust you to do better? I told Cooleysworld when he asked me if I have xrayed in towny before and I was completly honest with him about it. I've learned that any mods that give a unfair advantage to players are not allowed on this server. It is not fair to anyone who works for their money without any mods installed. It was a very stupid decision on my part to download the client in the first place, and I have deleted all hacked clients off my computer.

Why were you banned? "I was no longer welcome at Meepcraft" According to the ban.

Why we should consider your appeal: I was banned two years ago during the transfer over to Meep-network and was considered a threat to CG and his posse, so I was banned from the forums.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I had to use a private browser because the forums had saved my info and would not allow me to log out of the banned account.

"We take these sex refs not as jokes" There were no sexual reference intended or whatsoever. I'm just simply stating that I'm riding Castroifyer. You can ride Castroifyer at /warp pond by right clicking on him. See for yourself. To confirm that there are no sexual reference intended, Castro himself went there to investigate it and found out that I was riding the "Castroifyer horse". Spongeystar, N_G can confirm this and a lot more people as Spongey herself advertised /warp pond and saw me riding the horse. Castro also said "oh, my horse" when he went there. He went there to INVESTIGATE what was happening unlike some other people who just assumed that it was a sexual reference.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I was informed that the staff who banned me should deal with this and not some other staff members. I'm not sure if this is true but that's what I was told. I would like to get a professional staff member and not a thirteen year old wanna be moderator (adlovesdogs). Clearly he did not analyse the situation.
