Why I should be unbanned: I realize what I said and what I did I'm not gunna deny it. Just wanna know if ill have to wait a month. I was in the heat of the moment when I said this too so I wasn't thinking staight. You guys can think im weak for appealing in 30 mins after, but I wont care what you think.

Why we should consider your appeal: Look, landonator419 is annoying me to my core, I stopped msging him but he kept msging me then I was banned. I dont think what I said was good, but hes been a nuisence to me for a long time. If you could make him stop talking to me that'd be super, I hate getting into these positions. Landonator is pushing me in these too.

EDIT: When I do get unbanned im getting on then hopping off
then taking a break to sort out myself and figure out life for a bit.

Why we should consider your appeal: Over the past few weeks of my ban, I have realized about the huge mistake that happened. My account was hacked and I didn't have enough responsibility to prevent it. My account is my responsibility. I am truly sorry for what I did. I stole so many things that were valuable. I have talked to many people since the last time I appealed and they have forgiven me such as PuckMiner and BlueKatanas. I have a pretty good record on meep also. For this to happen all the sudden is not likely. Let me just say right here right now that I cannot be any more sorry. I miss meep so much and all my friends I haven't talked to in forever. I know I was trusted with the job and didn't use my responsibilities wisely but time changes people. I have done many things to my account since my ban and I think I am ready to rejoin meep. Everytime I think about quitting, I just can't. I love this server so much and I am willing to do anything you want me to do to get back on. I won't have anything since my friend (silverkid01) notified me that my account was wiped. I feel like if I rejoin me I will have a fresh new start. Once again, I am truly sorry and I feel like it is time for me to rejoin the meep community. If anybody has any personal msg's for me start a conversation and I will try to respond ASAP. Thank you for all the people who have read this and I hope to get unbanned after this appeal is discussed.

Why we should consider your appeal:
This all started when Sirrr_Pig changed 8 plots in Penncrest to embassy's without my permission. He changed the plots for MeGustaYou (SuperMod) and Jackl01 (Helper) so they can make a town. I would have happily changed their plots if they had waited until I was online. I was outraged at what happened, so I gave Jack and MeGusta 7 days to clear their plots and leave. On the 7th day, I went to MeGusta's plot to unclaim it and she left it griefed. A few of my friends and I saw that she hadn't done anything to the plot in over 3 days. MeGusta took all her valuables and left the plot. Over the couple of days, I was mad at the staff. While I was on TeamSpeak, I got persuaded by a couple of friends to change some of Hornemans spawners from cow/sheep/pig to zombie spawners.
That lead to my first ban for griefing with the length of one day.
The second ban which was a 7 day ban is incorrect. I reported the god mode issue to a staff member. Since I resigned, I was in the wild around four times in total. Having /god was not utilised in what I was doing.
"Stealing money from Penncrest". I am the MAYOR of the town. I own it, I can do what I deem appropriate with it. Before I got banned, there was still at least 4 million in the town bank, more than enough to keep it running for a couple of months. One of the reasons I took the money out of the town bank was to be on /baltop 1.
I am sorry for the hurt I have caused MeGustaYou over the past week, and I hope she can see why I got angry at the staff team.

And let me remind you that I was banned the day of the reset, and how would I have had time to "Dupe?" I thought it was a new start? I duped before the reset, to prove a point, so why am I the only one that got banned for duping? Everyone else that duped, cheated, hacked, was unbanned right?

Just think about it for once, without looking at it from a bias standpoint. Nothing like "He should stay banned cause he's bad" or whatever. And most of you reading this, did something bad before the reset. Like that one thread of admitting your "Sins"? I just want to be able to come back, and play, nothing more than that.

Why We Should Unban You?:

Honestly, I was so happy to get online today to help recover and get back on course. I was in the middle of helping aid my town back to health and while talking to a town member about the recent greif I was banned for my 8th offense. I'm accepting the fact that I won't return anytime soon, however...

I don't know what I said. If this sincerely either:

broke conduct
Insulted you personally
offended you as a whole
felt harassed or bullied

than in reality I deserve the ban. Other than that I'd say it's unjust and I don't understand how I violated any rules.

If this means I won't be able to return to Meep then I just like to apologize to @Sirrr_Pig for trusting that it be okay to unban me. I'd also like to apologize to all my friends I just let down because I was hoping to change and I got there hopes up like always coming back just to be shot back down, because unlike most apparently I'm not perfect. Apparently I don't make mistakes. But most of all, I can't attempt to drive down that road called Change. If I can't try my hardest to change than what good is it for you to let anyone else back on. Everyone has occasional slip-ups. It makes us human. On that dirt-road called Change I'm a 1988 Corolla with dull tire grooves in a rain storm.

however I'd like to leave whoever it may concern I sincerely apologize for all the time and effort I have wasted. All the times you guys thought I actually would successfully go more than a couple hours into the day of my unban. For the staff members who have had faith in me, I apologize to you the most since not only did I fail you, but people most likely doubt your decisions from here on out.

I thank you all for reading this, and for the faint chance that this is accepted or changed to a temporary I thank you with much gratitude, mostly for acknowledging that I'm only a 13 year old boy, not the full grown child of God himself who has been blessed without imperfection.

I'm making this appeal for him, since he cannot himself (and no I'm not his alt you idiots).

I don't see why he was perm banned on the forums AND in game, that makes no logical sense. He simply made a thread that said his opinion about the staff. And guess who he was banned by? The one and only Onis_Luck.

Let me revise some rules to you:

1. Banning on the forums would never result in a ban ingame, unless it's extreme cases like ads.

2. Forum perm bans only occur if a player would recieve 8+ forum warning points. DC didn't have nearly as much as that.

Unban him. It's not like he's gonna do any harm.

 

The "V" is right next to the "B" so I think it means bad.

Considering how you constantly seem to push the boundaries on just about everything and fail to see the reasoning behind your ban, I feel it would be in the best interest to keep you banned. It seems that regardless of what we do to warn you to stop breaking the rules, you will keep pushing and pushing until you feel it is time to stop. This time however, it will not simply be a warning. You need to take from this experience something more than we can give, and that something is learning to take responsibility for your actions. Please take the time to learn from this experience, because this appeal, is denied.

 

You've been given an extremely large amount of chances, more than many other players. You've asked for unappealable bans in the past, yet here you are. Many staff members have bent over backwards for you, yet you go and get yourself banned again, purposely, giving seemingly no regard to the effort they put into you.

Therefore, as of this time I can only see you as a detriment to this server and the players on it.

If you with to appeal again after at least a month or so, do so at your disclosure.

At this point in time, your appeal has been denied.

I just re watched this part, and I think it's pretty obvious I was checking my messages or something, because I was obviuosly distracted by something else other than trying to pub stomp. (By this I mean I stopped for a bit, and then continued on my way. When I noticed you had attacked me, I turned and and starting attacking you.)

I was allies with both Daniel and NSA, and like I said before I didn't aim at either of them, I merely ran straight forward clicking.

It's called pump up music buddy, you should try it next time you pvp. It obviously doesn't turn you into a fast-clicking lunatic, but it helps you get into rhythm.

In that video, you can see that my head is turned towards bluapol, but I can also see Shadow too, (when he is behind bluapol). Therefore, when I see shadow coming for me, I dont just let him hit me, I start hitting him too.

Regarding Pie55555's ban, he's not an alt of mine at all, and I'm pretty sure you shouldn't just base a player report like that off a screenshot.

Mia, we spent a lot time deliberating the proof at hand. We have a lot of training, especially the high staff, filtering through what proof is valid and what isn't. Two staff members spent over an hour trying to find your path in this gigantic cave system. I saw it myself - I got lost the second I walked in. If you watch the time stamps, it would be impossible to to navigate to these spawners in such a short amount of time. We wanted to make sure we looked at this as objectively as possible first, but your history doesn't help. After the conversation last night with you, the story just doesn't add up.

As for this explanation of just "seeing cobble," that's impossible. The distance was too great and the cave systems too extensive. It's not possible. You weren't digging around, you walked right to it over numerous levels and far distances.

I rewatched all the evidence and evaluated it once again. I did my best to try to look at your explanation but it doesn't add up and it's different that the one last night. Sorry, but this is denied.

 

You put these on yesterday, I only posted TWICE on his app yesterday, and each one was relevant to the application. There is no 4-5 times. I also asked for proof, this is just you showing me that you gave me the warning points.

You also said how you gave me multiple points for "Constantly Neglecting" this rule, and I only see the one instance that I have. The other warning point was for "Inappropriate content".

You've been on 3-4 times since I replayed to your post, and yet no reply. You took it upon yourself to ban me, and now this is your responsibility. Please, I don't like being avoided. I love how when I was staff I worked with the banned player. I looked into every possibility that I could have been mistaken, you are staff to help the players.... Banned or not. Guess this is how I am treated for my donation of time.

 

I am very sorry staff, I honestly regret what I did. I love to test glitches, which you can see by how many bug reports I have made. I have also shown staff members such as Candy_Master glitches to fix in the spawn. I am not used to telling an admin a possible glitch before recording it. I am very sorry and I hope nobody hates me for using this a bit. I duped quite a bit of signs and I know what I did was wrong. I am willing to comply to any regulations such as 1. X-Ray and Duping will be unappealable in the future (I've never x-rayed) and 2. Report glitches to admins before attempting to make a video. I am being completely honest that my computer did crash for a long time while in the middle of the recording, and I was banned a while after that. I know it is hard for you to give me the benefit of the doubt Cooley. I know how much you have dedicated to the server, and I know how frustrated this must make you. I am sincerely sorry, and will never dupe again.

 

To provide context: I was fooled for maybe 3 seconds, then I laughed, as most people did during the time of this log. I was under no impression this player made any actual attempts at impersonating anything, so your reference to me is incorrect, misinformative.

 

But when there is as many players as there were, every item Fuzzlr dropped was still immediately picked up. It's not like I ended the drop party or anything. What I did was the definition of harmless, and it isn't mentioned in the rules. Then again, I guess Fuzzlr can ban for no reason because it is his server so if I never get unbanned it's whatever

 

If you love meep so much why 'attempt' duping? Seems that you had the desire to dupe, and ruin our economy further.

 

Yes, I remember saying that. I don't believe it should have been perm, but I understand their motives. I will try to keep all infractions to minimum if I am unbanned and wish to be given another chance.
