Quite frankly he should be punished for slander as well. I do not appreciate him calling me a scammer and ruining my reputation when I did not scam him at all. I put up diamond boots for auction on skyblock and he decided to bid on them thinking he was bidding on diamonds (or so he told me). Its not my fault he did not read the auction information properly and now he's trying to blame me for getting himself banned.

Here's the thing. At the point of me becoming a "supreme", he was already elite. That AND he just kind of did it. I didn't really "accept", because I was awaiting that my app would be accepted for @Cooleysworld's VIP-Prem giveaway.
I was waiting for me to be chosen or not, and had to cancel my app because it was attained impromptu.

And when you say "proof of earlier rank, do you mean like a screenshot of me as a VIP?

Do you have a ballpark estimate of when you'll be able to contact Fuzzlr or is this going to turn into a month long ban that shouldn't have happened in the first place because no one can contact him? I ask this because every "Fuzzlr Requested" ban that I've seen gets kinda pushed aside for a really long time.

 

Are you talking about obsidian generators using redstone? If so, please understand that this method is not any faster than those; people who made obsidian generators using redstone (or string) wouldn't have "saved hours" using this method as the only part of the method that is time consuming is mining obsidian regardless of whether you make a generator or just mine obsidian normally, it still takes as long to mine it! On the contrary, the redstone obsidian generator considering it can generate unlimited amounts of obsidian at once whereas the portal method only generates 14 obsidian every time. I can have other trusted players who I've spoken to on teamspeak confirm this if needs be. If the problem is simply that I was not using redstone then that's fine with me! Just look in logblock how many obsidian block I've broken since registering on the server and I will give that amount in redstone. It doesn't bother me in the least. Just to make it clear, could you please explain your definition of "duping" as it does not seem to be the same as in the rules. I was not using any glitch but just the normal behavior of minecraft. I just don't understand how this is different from cobblestone generators in skyblock. Are those duping machines too? Please clarify these few confusions I have so I can avoid any more trouble in the future.

Also let me just say three things. This has scared me straight, being permed possibly being wiped loosing contact with friends. It's an extremely scary experience for me. Having all these bad things happen all at once definitely put me in line I have also spoken with Klutch and I really do understand what I did was wrong. The next is that I might not be able to see the new spawn and skywars. Not being able to see Meep grow and develop by having awesome new features implemented is hard for me since I'v been on the server for 3+ years. Finally in all my three years of meepcraft this is my first major illegal mistake. People all make mistakes. This one was mine, please let me rejoin the community to prove to everyone and myself that I have learned.

Hey there Acetricxx, I would like to say that you have spent your time wisely considering what you have done to the server by X-Raying, but it seems that I cannot. Your recent activity on forums lead us to believe that you are a toxic voice on the server, and that doesn't show us any reason to unban you. Why should we allow you to rejoin the community in game if you hold a bad stance on the forums?

The only thing you have is Teamspeak.

Day after day I get reports about you bullying and trash talking. Cursing and making rude comments, getting an average of a warning per day.

You cant behave in the most simple form of Meepcraft so no, I dont want to have to babysit you in 2 different places. Once you start acting your age on teamspeak we can talk about forums.

First off that thread is a serious debate about a topic which can be a great point of discussion. Second, you did not just say 420, you made a serious drug reference which included 420.

Considering I am the one who banned you I feel somewhat compelled to respond to this, despite no longer being a member of staff.
I think it would go along way if you laid out a set of boundaries for yourself in text form so staff have something to hold you to should they make the decision to unban you.

Relevant Info: ban was at the end of may of 2014, player has appealed 3 times since, for what it's worth I think Ace has served their time and is worthy of a second fourth chance.

Please also cut with this 'peekizz and flamedemond2 demotion' stuff as well, it's not funny. A ban appeal is meant to be professional, so making a joke out of it doesn't help. You can't expect us to take you seriously when you don't take us seriously.
