Why we should consider your appeal: I had an avatar on the forums with a guy eating a corn dog in front of a conveniently placed nude painting. While no "stuff" was showing, it gave the impression that he was... um... yeah. It was over a year ago i think, and I changed it back on Gravatar. The only reason that I'm bringing this up now is because I just got back into minecraft. My old account is 1Achmed1.

Why we should consider your appeal:

First of all, I'm writing this appeal because I want my ban reason to be changed to a proper ban reason and not "used of a hacked client". I want this to be changed because I have an xray use ban history and when I appealed for that ban, I said to my appeal that I will not use any kinds of hack/hacked clients anymore. The following video will prove my innocence against the ban reason "use of a hacked client"



This video basically shows that it is possible to break/build any blocks when the server or you're having a lag spike. When I got banned, the only evidence that I received as proof for my ban was a log file that states what I broke and what commands I used in order to get the parkour prizes. Log files are clearly not sufficient evidence to warrant a ban especially accusing someone using of any hacked clients. Just because you are not able to find any other way to do what I did, doesn't mean that I am already hacking. Many people have played with me in different games and they did not find anything that has something to do with hacked clients. As I stated before, I don't trust this hacked clients as they are the number one reason for people's minecraft account getting hacked. I don't also have a reason to use such things.

In my last appeal the statement above was provided by Old_Pink. This means that he knows or he knows someone that knows how to do the "abuse of lag" in order to get something that they want. Now that this evidence is here, do not blame me if people uses this for their own personal things. People that will learn how to do this will be able to grief any grinder/casinos/spawn/houses and learn how they were built.

Secondly, I want to explain what's actually happening while I'm doing the so called "use of hacked client/parkour glitch explotation". Basically in the video provided, I'm creating network disruption for my client which allows me to break anything that I want (except bedrock of course). This is what happened in the Parkour world. I created network disruption > I broke blocks > Claimed the prize. Simple enough huh?
This is what happens between my client and the server. As all of you may know, when we are lagging our characters freezes in the "server side" but in our client we are still able to move. After the lag passes we come back to the place where the server received our last location before we disconnect. This is the reason why we experience lag teleportation (teleporting back to place). Lets just put it this way because I'm really tired and lazy to explain everything. The "parkour exploitation" is actually just "griefing attempt/griefing" as there is a worldguard plugin which prevents me to grief. Either way this "parkour explotation" doesn't really bother me much.

Thirdly, Once the "use of hacked client" is changed or resolved, I want a compensation for being wrongfully accused. This also goes to 140+ accounts that have been slandered. If the person who will handle this request or the people who ban me can actually provide a strong evidence of me using a hacked client please, post it here.

Note: I noticed a lot of wannabe staff members posting in ban appeals and player reports recently. I don't want any of you posting here unless you have anything useful to say. If you are also a hater of me because someone told you that I'm a bad player, I don't give a single crap about you and what you will say.

P.S Vkl, You only got banned 50x but I received an IP ban and you didn't. They don't love you as much as they love me. </3

Why I should be unbanned: I realize that what I said was wrong. I said it because I was mad at the time. Just saying Hate language is basically my ban reason cause there's no direct harassment. If I'm correct my longest language ban was 1 day. Correct me if I'm wrong. And to you Oroperion, why make a ban appeal if I don't wanna play? That's like I get kicked out of a clothes shop I don't wanna be in, but I protest to the man who kicked me out for no reason. Like really, making that ban appeal would be a major waste of time if I didn't feel like playing again.

 

Yesterday, I have been given a warning point by abbythrowstuff via PM that I have "posted unrelated content on player reports" in LegendCaleb's ban appeal. I have messaged abby about this, and she has failed to respond, even though she was online multiple times. My first post consisted in explaining to Nerf how side hit hacks don't exist, and I made sure I only stick to that. In my second post, I have told him that his theory about how he is using f3 to cover his hacks is improbable. Before the ban req was denied, she came to the exact same conclusions in her post about hacking, proving that my content was not "unrelated" at all. i would like to have my warning points removed. Thank you.

Why we should consider your appeal: Is this seriously turning into another Illumini situation? Banning people for doing nothing wrong? I said 2 sentences in the chat. the first one being "You can learn to deal with onis's crap or leave." I was kicked for saying the word "crap." There hasn't been a time in Meepcraft history when this was a "slang" word. Even when we had the censor, the word crap was fine. When I came back, I noticed a ton of people arguing about that unjustified kick. All I said was "Zap don't be a dingaling." How is this even bad? Unless you want to be that guy who goes seriously overboard and counts that as a sexual reference then you're crazy. That was the slang that kindergartners use. "dingaling?" That's all I said that entire time people were arguing with Zapchance.
So two sentences that aren't anywhere close to being bannable?
I was asked to put this in the staff abuse thingy ma bob. Yet I thought It would be seen better here. Anyways I honestly don't care if he gets demoted or not. He will sooner or later if he keeps this up. Therefore I just want to be unbanned.

Why we should consider your appeal:I didn't argue with staff members, after being asked questions by mylucky in shout and in local chat I answered his questions and showed him the situation from my point of view. What would you like me to do _tekkit_? Ignore mylucky completely? Also if you can find a rule stating that this is even illegal that would be nice as I can't find one.

Why we should consider your appeal: Well before I begin I would like to say that this server is the most important thing in my life right now. I LOVE minecraft and in no way shape or form were my actions that of which the intent to harm or take advantage of other players, and in fact I only did this to help them not knowing it would be looked at like this. I am willing to accept whatever the punishment can be reduced to, including complete money wipe. I would do anything to keep my account on Meepcraft. I know my actions before such as: extreme language and harassment, are completely unacceptable and I am not here to give you all some sob story but I'm going through a hard time in my life right now and I deal with my sadness by consuming a lot of my time in Meepcraft. I have been learning some very valuable lessons IRL and wish to have a lot more calm life on Meepcraft. This is no excuse for my previous actions in game and they have been dealt with already. I would really like this appeal to be looked at from a standpoint of justice and moral values rather than that of strict rules and quick disciplinary punishment.

So here is how it all started. After Deinen0 got banned and our town funds started to decrease I got worried I'd loose all my stuff so I was considering towns to move to and when I was looking around to see some towns I noticed our town had been claimed by someone new (Thornedlily) something like that, and I was thinking, ok maybe I wont have to move after all and then a little later when I was brewing potions I He/She took out all the money in the town bank. I got more and more worried. I started to think Thornedlily was just there for a little to take the money from the bank and then let it fall into ruins. I had to leave right after that to go Christmas shopping for my family and when I returned it was getting close to when taxes are due. I had filed a modreq previously asking when exactly a town falls into ruins and if there is a full day after it pays its last day or if its when it pays the last day and it knows it has no more money left for further days. flamedemond2 sent me the answer and said its when it fails to pay for the next day so I started to pack up my stuff and I moved it all to an embassy plot in another town. As I was packing and moving things out of chests I remembered that my friend Etzer, who lived next door to my plot in Lakewood, had been gone for a while so i thought I'd take his valuables and move them to an embassy and return them to him when he got back so that he wouldn't lose them when Lakewood fell into ruins. Then I remembered he told me he had a storage room in the Lakewood bank. I went there first and was trying to find his vault room and most of the signs with names had been removed so I didn't know which was his and i looked in the chests and noticed all of the rooms had been griefed already and I saw 1 room that still had stuff in it and it was labeled rorihouston. There was all sorts of enchanted books, god gear, and god apples in one of the chests. I did /seen rorihouston, to see if he had been online recently and might have a chance to get his stuff back himself before it was open for anyone to claim, and it said he had been offline for 4 days. This made me think about the things happening in the past 4 days and that is when the whole Lakewood being deleted fiasco started and I assumed he was completely unaware of the situation he was in with the fate of his items. That is when I made a quick decision to hold on to his stuff so that when I saw that he is on or if he replied to mail I could return his stuff and hopefully in the process make a new friend. Ironically, the complete opposite happened; but before I knew that I figured that he would be upset if some random person stole that stuff from him so I sent him mail saying I wasn't griefing him I just didn't want him to get his stuff stolen, because I know how upsetting it can be losing such valuable items. It didn't go through it kept saying error player not found. I figured I'd just msg him when I see him. I have his stuff in a chest in my embassy plot and it is all separate from my other stuff with the intent to return it all. I never meant to harm anyone and certainly not to get myself banned.

The next day after I took the items to hold onto for safe keeping, I noticed that we had a new mayor of the town, ILoveMeepcraft, (Cooleysworld) and I saw that he had deposited 1,000,000 meebles into the town bank. Once I found out that Lakewood wouldn't be deleted I went to return the items I held onto. When I was on my way to the town bank, I tried opening a trapdoor to get in but it said,"Owner doesn't allow residents to switch here." I checked the town info with /t just to see that Cooley removed all assistants. This meant I could no longer return his items I was trying to save for him. I then was sending him msg's to see if he was on and trying to get in touch with him. I was about to file a modreq and explain this whole situation and how my intentions were good and that I don't want to be banned or have this affect me, but before I could finish that I had to go do some more Christmas shopping. So here I am, banned, trying to redeem myself and show that I was only trying to better the current situation at hand.

I have shown how sincere I am explaining all of this to you and asking for leniency and support. I know now that what I should have done was leave it all alone and mind my own business, since this was interpreted completely different than what I had intended. I hope this helps your decision on whether or not I will be unbanned. I am compliant to any sort of money wipe or temp ban as long as I can still enjoy this server. Please consider this information in your final conclusion of my fate on Meepcraft.

Why we should consider your appeal: A little bit back I purchased the VIP rank for theassasin13. He held up my end and so did I. However the next day I got a call from my bank, someone had gotten into my account and spent some money on things I didn't purchase. As soon as I realized what happened I thought this purchase was the one that had been made by the hacker. So I charged back it not knowing it was meepcrafts payment. As soon as I did i cancelled the charge back immediately. This is entirely my fault.

Why we should consider your appeal:

Recently I have had some temps for minor content however this was before the rule was put in place that could make it shorter than a week, making it looking more severe than it was. I believe my last ban was my 6th offense by Bluecarneal ( @MeepStats )which was about a week ago, and the most vulgar thing I said past that was in local chat while conversing with a town member and redstone wasn't working. The messages I had with @LR_Davius were already investigated for content and I that was what my 6th offence ban is for it if that is what you are going back to.
I understand if this is denied, however I'd be grateful if it is unbanned now, or in a month or so. I know my conduct has been slipping lately and I need to work on it again. This server and community has been a big part of my life, and old friends are coming back and I find I'm making new friends aswell.

Interrogator, you are banned for playing on meep using the same IP address as ninja. DOESNT matter if its you or him playing on the acct. We ban the same IP to prevent people from ban evading (playing on another account while one they own is banned)
It doesnt matter if you're "just a friend" until we can prove your not owned by Ninja or he isn't using your account to ban evade you will probably stay banned. People ban evade using their friends accounts all the time.

Ninja. You DID give the items you stole from 417Yoshi back so i decreased your ban from 2 days to 1 and did not fine you since you gave it back...... However, you FAILED TO TELL ME you took more than that...
The next day BigdaddyJoseph skyped me and asked me about your ban. Someone else reported missing items, we found they were stolen by YOU. Taken at the same time as you took things from 417Yoshi. i'm VERY disappointed you didn't tell me you took more things then what I got from you. You stole over 1 Million meebles of things.... That's a lot. You should know better than to do this. The illegal Items is almost nothing compared to your theft.. Thats why you are banned for 7 days.

It would have been only a 2 day ban for 417's items taken, not Perm.

p.s commenting a hundred times will NOT get you unbanned faster.

 

Around the same time that you withdrew the money from the town bank, you also sent out quite a few messages. As well as a few hours before and a few hours after, me being one of the recipients of those messages, boobear being one of the others. These messages are clearly from you, I don't believe that you were at school. Know anything about this?
