Firstly, if you had a speed potion on we would have seen it in the video.
Secondly, I tested your theory with the speed potion and used both Speed I and Speed II
Here's what the results yielded: (if the video says unavailable its because its still processing the upload)

Its not what your video was.
Also, you claim that this is just a glitch found on Birdvarv's screen but, if you watched his video carefully, he was messaging a person who was watching the same thing.
So its only a glitch for him?
Thats why you logged, to "alleviate" him of this glitch.
Really, I have searched all around and haven't found any glitch like this, its never been reported why were you the 1/1.5 million players to get this glitch?

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: Apparently there is a rumor spreading around that I am lordusan's alt. I was contacting high staff to try to resolve this issue. Courtneyyy was online. We were chatting, and then at the end I decided to joke around. I said something along the lines of "I am lordusan". Which I admit now, isn't something to be joking about. So, I got banned. And instead of making an appeal earlier, I was contacting KlutchDecals because he said, and I quote "If you have problems with anyone, just let me know". So, I let him know. The only response I got from him was on September 7th. He responded with a "wtf". I've been trying to get in contact with both Klutch and Courtneyyy, but i've decided I should make a ban appeal. I am not lordusan. Now that I have a mic, we can prove this. I admit, it was my mistake, and I apologize for it.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: Earlier today, Cooleysworld forced tp'ed me to him and told me to be honest with him, and I did exactly that. He asked "How long have you used xray in towny?" I responded to that "I have turned xray on in towny a few times." I never dug down to any ores or spawners because it was mainly an accident that I turned it on. I know I shouldn't have had a hack client loaded on meep and I never used it on meep, only for other servers.

Why we should consider your appeal: Listen, I'm not going to say things like 'Oh no! It was my brother, his friend! Please' or 'I've matured now, I know what's wrong and what is right.' Because, to be honest, FIVE OFFENSES. Really? Since it's been who knows, less then 3 months, I've been thinking about it recently. I'm not saying this to save my skin but, it's been awhile, looking at this I wouldn't say I find it humorous, or disgustingly weird, yet immature. Am I still that same immature person I was 3 months ago? I don't know, I'm blaming this on me, but also the environment, it was nighttime, I was bored, I wanted to have some fun, do I blame the people who were also in the situation? Yes, because they also said hurtful and rude things but it's not like that matters now. Plus, they were being immature as well, which, caused me to act the same way.
I'm not saying it won't ever happen again, because who would trust someone with 5 offenses? Barely anyone I imagine. Have I matured? Maybe, it's hard to tell since I haven't been in that sort of situation in awhile. Am I sorry for the actions I had caused? Yes. If I were to be in that situation again, I probably wouldn't have acted the way I did the first time, people can make the same mistakes, but they also can learn from the mistakes they've made. Since, I'm sure no one wants to hear me ramble on about what happened, and how I think I should be unbanned. I'll just leave it at this, I'm sorry in advanced. Caleb is my brother- YES I know this is the most cliche ban appeal there is- but hear me out. Please

I play meepcraft on spartanfighter12. Caleb sometimes plays on my account to get in touch with friends and get their skype (even check the messages). I don't go around advertising that I'm his brother because obviously issues like this- and there's a trust issue involved. But I honestly am my own person- even though I guess I deserve to be banned because

1. You won't believe me
2. I let a banned player on my account

Either way I made some friends and I had a good time- all I can ask for is to trust me

I've changed the password- and I realize what I did was wrong. I hope you can forgive me

Why we should consider your appeal: Why should I be given 1 more chance?

• The last time I got unbanned from a permanent scamming ban was back in November. That’s a fair while ago. My ban in February wasn’t for the sake of scamming meebles. I, in my rage and depression of the time, wanted to quit and decided to do it “the old way”. I mean, I took out the loans with the intention of not paying them back so that I could quit. I learnt my lesson a long time ago, back in November, and I regret even the thought of quitting in February. So I guess I’ve doubley-learnt my lesson - and there’s no way in hell I’m ever going to quit again, at least not in the form of a ban. What I’m trying to put across here is; I’ve learnt my lesson.

• Mockingbae. A respectful and friendly player doing his best to help everyone. That was me, and is me. Once I’m back in game, that is the attitude I am going to have, which I did over a 2 months time period prove that I am very capable of.

• Look, I’ve said it a million times and I’m going to say it again. I’m sorry. I can’t change the past, but I can change the future, which is what I want to do. I want to be just another Meepcrafter, having fun, making progress, and not breaking any rules…

• The bad aside, I have made some good contributions to Meepcraft in the past. I report people doing the wrong thing, I put forth my ideas as suggestions, I do my best to help out where I can, etc.

• It won’t happen again. I am not going to get banned on Meepcraft again, for any reason. But, to give you guys reassurance I’ll happily agree to something like any more scamming or scamming related bans will result in a ban for acts against the server and me being banned on all aspects of Meepcraft. Although I am never getting banned again, just to make that clear.


*Yes I know that Mockingbae was solid lying and ban evading for 2 months, and that it can’t be rewarded. But at least look at who the friendly Mockingbae is. (That’s right, me!)

*My apology to the community
Yes, I have done some bad things in the past on Meepcraft. Yes, I have a bad name among some of you. I don’t know how many times I can say this or in how many different ways I can say this; I am sorry. I’ve taken advantage of some of you, I’ve lied to some of you, I’ve scammed some of you. I want to be given one last chance to set it right.

From the past, I am sorry to all of the staff members who have accepted an appeal of mine and let me back onto the server; only to see me scam and cause havoc once more. I know you guys have bent over backwards for me, I know you guys have gone the extra mile. On an old appeal, a staff member once told me that I was seemingly giving no regard to all the work the staff have done for me every time I get unbanned. Well, being here appealing, promising that I will be nothing but a positive addition to Meepcraft, is my way of giving regard.
The other day when I messaged some higher-up staff members, I realised that I had a slight attitude towards them. I apologise for that. I never realised, although now that I have, it won’t be popping up again.

it really is a silly choice thinking about it now but its all i could think of when i made the account. plus i researched the dirty meaning behind the name and this whole 'fad' came after i even made the account.

Hello,
Well this is my official Ban Appeal and This is my chance to explain why i fell i should be unbanned from the forums and ingame.
Okay well I joined MeepCraft back in July 2012 and ever since then I have came on the server almost every couple of days and now I can't I believe that the ban against me is incorrect and that i'll should not be punished because of somebody's mistakes. So i was banned for Acts against the server but I have personally seen no proof to back this up because if the ban is because of advertising I had not once in my life advertised another server to anyone involved in MeepCraft.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I have dedicated a lot of time to the server and have put a lot of money into the server from buying other peoples ranks and my self money and ranks and I genuinely believe that I have done nothing that has acted against the server otherwise this appeal would not be here also as this is my first ban its not like I am consistent with being banned also I know what the rules are and I have been staff on the server twice and I don't believe that i have breached any of the rules.

Why we should consider your appeal: This was a huge misunderstanding, and I think it fit that I tell my story. I was selling player heads for 750 each at my shop. The player messaged me asking to buy all the heads, I am confused then eventually realize he wanted to buy heads. So I go to the warp and he buys all the heads (7 total). I take 250 off because he asked because 'im poor'. Then someone who was there for a few minutes asks to buy one of the heads. Being a nice guy I say I'll take the one head from the deal (the head cost 750). I sell the person the head for 750 meebles and repay the person reporting me 1000. So I paid him extra for the heads. I toss him the rest of the heads and his inventory is full. Then he says he wants a refund, all I asked for was the one head that he had room for back. He ignored my request so I told him I'll keep the meebles and give him the heads. I throw them again and his inventory is full. I have my family birthday party and I tell him this will have to be handled later because I have some quality stuff to do. He modreq's me and I'm banned. I'm sorry but wtf did he tell you?

Why we should consider your appeal:

Edamattack was banned for using an auto-clicker by Deinen0, and I (BlueHummingb1rd) was also banned for being his alt.

Edamattack is my brother, not my alt. I understand the mistake made, but I don't see why I should also be banned. I have never been banned before, so this seems unfair. I ask that the ban is removed with immediate effect, partly because I'd like my name cleared!

In addition, edamattack wasn't using an auto-clicker, just had the mouse under something to keep it clicking. Nevertheless, I recognise that this is effectively the same thing, and Deinen0 was right to ban him. However, neither of us were aware that this was a bannable offence, especially one lasting for 7 days, and we would never do it again. Both my brother and I have been really enjoying meepcraft, and I am sorry that this has happened, although I understand why it did. We apologise, and hope that this is enough for the ban to be either revoked or (at least) shortened.

Why we should consider your appeal:
I was banned for admitting to x-raying on the server. I, however, never admitted to x-raying on the server. When another player, Newzealandmaori, said that his texture pack was causing him to lag, I said, as a joke, "yeah x-ray texture pack makes me lag also, but it's definitely worth it." Disregarding the fact that this is a joke, I also never said I x-rayed on this server. If I were not joking, I could have been talking about single player or on a different server. Superbros1211, however, assumed that I was not joking and talking about x-raying on this server. So two completely wrong assumptions were made about me that led to this ban. Not one assumption, but two completely incorrect assumptions. Banning someone for admitting to x-raying is pretty questionable, because most of the time that person is joking. But banning someone for making an obvious joke about x-raying in single player or on a different server is a crime worth demotion. I have never installed the x-ray texture pack. If you look at my profile picture, it is obvious I am using Soartex Fanver. I am tired of being prejudiced against by staff. This is not the first time a staff member has made an incorrect assumption and banned me for a joke. Even if I were not joking, what I said is not bannable because I never admitted to x-raying on the server. You cannot disagree with what I am saying here, because it is a fact. I never admitted to x-raying on the server, so therefore I should not be banned for admitting to x-ray on the server. I do expect some form of apology or disciplinary action taken against superbros1211. Lastly, I would like to officially apologize to both Cooleysworld and lamedemond2. I made a mistake in reading the name off of my ban and thought it was lamedemond2, but it was actually superbros1211. I would also like to apologize to lamedemond2 because I am not spelling his name that way on purpose. My 'f' key is actually broken so I cannot type the 'f' in flamedemond2.
