Anyway, I never used a macro. There are buttons on the side of my mouse that I can program (installed feature) which I can use to also left click with my thumb.

I understand hawkeye is great and all, but as numerous staff members have said time and time again, it lacks context. We can of course simply speculate what happened, as has been done above.

In this video, you demonstrate moving the items one stack at a time in creative into a chest. This took approx 1 second give or take per stack, which works out to approx 1 minute per chest. However you do highlight that it took Deinen under 1 minute to fill 2 chests, which doesn't add up for me. I am also aware that a certain key combination allows moving an entire inventory of legitimately obtained items into a chest (2304) with two clicks.

I have tested out the container transaction logging of hawkeye as I was interested as to how it grouped items, and did find that if you were to make a quick transaction as described above, close the chest, quickly reopen it and make another transaction, that the items grouped together. Therefore, we have multiple explanations as to how items came to be in those chests, both of which we lack the context to exclusively approve, however are simultaneously possible through the events that did occur - a simple container transaction.

As for disabling gm 1 shortly after I have no explanation for, however again there is no context for such behavior, there could have been a very legit reason such as cooley or another staff member suggesting he exit it for the moment, or in fact a need for survival mode - Creative makes it damn annoying to access the other items in your inventory that are not in the 1st bar, so disabling it can be very beneficial when sorting items in a chest.

I am a witness to this as I was present and buying my own gold when Deinen bought his at a price of 80, and can confirm that he did indeed buy at minimum a big chunk of it, as he was filling his in inventory at the bank, making it into blocks, and putting it into his /chest. I do agree the events look fishy, but until we are aware of some more minor details we cannot prove Deinen guilty or innocent.

Edit - My post is not intended to completely disprove anything staff may say, I am providing counter arguments so that every angle may be discussed and ensured that the ban is correct.

Later that day this "nick_griff" account became active and began advertising rank selling, none of the promised ranks were delivered neither were the loans you took out.

This shows you talking to your buddy about who you are and what the situation was, the first command issued by nick_griff was also a /res coolmaxx also involving really suspect login/ban correlations.
You also diced all your immediate scamming rewards to vkl and "conveniently" lost several times, even using shout to make sure everyone knew.
There were countless other logs that further bolstered this case but only reading them in whole does it all become clear, the people you message, the way you phrase things, the commands you type and mistype, the places you travel, the fact that you msg your friend saying it's you... I will resign this to the statement "I wasn't born yesterday" coolmaxx.
I have used my god given powers of logic, reasoning, and deduction to determine that this was yet again another rank scamming ring you were involved in.
You've done it before and you did it again, anyone who wants to review the logs on their own will find that it satisfies "beyond reasonable doubt".
Considering this isn't a murder trial, and the constant blithe you are to new citizens and others via alts/shout/what have you, I am confident in my decision to make this perm and not 7d.
I will leave this open, any admin who has access to the minecraft folder for the server can look in the player data and look at last ip's for both accounts to further corroborate this.

P.s Please stop scamming new citizens, they are the foundation of the future of meepcraft, we need them to survive and prosper, unlike rank scammers.

Why we should consider your appeal: I was not abusing the glitch that I found. I told ItsCrackCrazy to test something with me since I found this OP glitch. I found this OP glitch when I was out of soups in KitPvP, I went in the house with the double chest room and opened the chest and tested to see if I could put stuff in there, it worked. I told Crack too report it since I don't post much threads or file modreqs alot and too lazy so Crack recorded it too at the time to tell staff. I told DV because he was wondering but I told him not to abuse it.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I was laughing at this ban. In my opinion this is a stupid and false ban.

Why we should consider your appeal: No rules were broken. Since my name is Fuzzlr2, I get many messages that people are trying to send to the owner. When this happens I say that they have the wrong Fuzzlr or something along those lines. I thought it was funny how all these people were messaging me (I did not reply to a few people) so I said in /shout, "The amount of messages that I get that are meant to be sent to the owner is insane." I was banned at this point after saying that.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: Fuzzlr might have assumed I was answering these messages and pretending to be him, but that is a wrongful assumption. I have already talked to staff and they have told me that my name is fine as long as I do not pretend to be the owner of the server. I have not impersonated any of the staff members. This most closely falls under he Global rules: section 5.

- Impersonating a staff member
- Threats to any aspect of the server’s well-being or the people that run it
- Lagging and/or crashing the server with items
- Charging back a donation
- Advertising any other Minecraft server (An IP does not have to be included)

I have not violated any of these rules.

I planned on changing my name back to my other name name, Minigun, as soon as possible(mid-August) since that is my favorite name.

Okay, so as most of you know I posted a link full of rather unsettling thing, yes, but I'm incredibly sorry. I don't know what I was think, I was being stupid, I shouldn't have done it. Meep was different from every other server, the community was my favourite, I miss talking to my friends, playing mini-games and such with them too. I didn't have any kicks or other bans between the time period of my current ban and other ban. I hope you atleast accept my apology, I know what some of you saw may have scarred you for life (Mostly the little ones :C) and you might not accept my apology, but I am truly sorry.

Why you should unban: Cokeballs asked me to advertise his casino. So, I started advertising it. I was in wild at the time; just trying to help him out. Then, I warp there. Perryjay, cokeballs, and I were all there in our god gear. So, we all agree to have a brawl there. We started shouting "come to pwarp win for pvp brawl." Then, ginger told me to say pvp is enabled. So, I shouted it again saying "come to pwarp win for brawl (pvp enabled)." Etc. I don't know how I lured anyone. Anyone I fought knew we were having fights. We fought there for an hour; all of us were shouting about it. Bobjon was there watching us for about a half hour. Sssoul was there fighting with us for about a half hour. Perryjay was there for like a half hour.

Bottom line. I lured no one. Anyone that came knew it was all pvp. Plus, why am I the only one banned for this!? Coke/perry/me were all shouting about it. Sssoul was there watching most of the time. Even bass flow came and said we were fine.

Bobjon was there for like 30 minutes, wanting to watch. Why couldn't he have corrected me or talked to me if I was in the wrong? The pvp fights literally went on for an hour plus. No one could have come and said to stop?

Coke and I were originally advertising pwarp win for the casino. Later on, we agreed to have pvp fights. The only people there at the time were coke, perry, bobjon (I think), and I. Coke told everyone he was toggling pvp. Once pvp was on, we were advertising pwarp win as pvp enabled fights.

I apologize if I inconvenienced anyone. I'm really confused as to my ban reasoning. I thought we were pvping in good fun. No one complained. In total, 3 staff members (including bobjon) came (and none had a problem with it). You can check my shout logs; I was indeed saying pvp was enabled. If anyone had a problem, I will personally refund them.

No offense, but talk about giving a bad impression by being permed- think how bad it would be if you wrongfully accused a staff member of hacking. (Just saying)

 

Quick tip from the police handbook. When a person is lying about who they are, they put doubts and "apparently" in every other sentence.

 

VKL, We have given you so many chances in the past to only have it thrown back in our faces, you get bored and want to be banned again to add onto your ban record. Frankly I'm done with it.

What makes this time so dif? Are you gonna get bored and get banned again?

 

We take rank scamming very seriously. We risk losing very nice players and potiential donators because of people who try to make a few quick meebles. This is unfair to the player and causes harm to the server. How can we be sure you are aorry if you appeal less than 24 hours after the ban?

Why we should consider your appeal: Qaws. Peter. He told me he's going to chargeback on ashurea if she didn't give him 4 mil.
I told her this, and tried to convince her to do it, because I didn't want a freaking FRIEND banned from the server, I didn't want my other friend angry or upset.
I got banned because that money was going to me.
I don't even know.
quick edit: I learned later he couldn't even chargeback due to it being bought via debit cards...

I have 3 mil. I don't even need that.

I didn't post because awaiting a moderator's approval is silly.
Because it's been a bit of time to 'calm down,' and since the staff don't seem to understand if I talk when I'm angry, I'll post again.
Here's exactly what happened.
Peter (qaws) tells me he's mad at Ash. I ask why. He sends me screenshots of him saying to ash, ''I bought you elite. Also, you owe me 4 mil. Send the to the splendypie account, the money will be distributed between those I trust, and there will be no issue.'' (not exact.) He said he was planning on chargebacking.
I have NO IDEA. what agreement they made. Even now. I don't know if the 4 mil was to buy the rank, it was something else IG, a loan, nothing. Not a clue. I can go get this info if I want it/staff need it. but I currently do not know.
So I go to ash. I tell her, ''He's going to do this. He knows how to play this game.''
I also said that she'd going to be wiped, her towns are gone, her bal, her everything, which staff told me was a threat. It is not a threat, it is fact. When you are banned, you're wiped.

The next issue is of my obtaining the 4 mil. Qaws told me I would get the money. This matters little to me - I don't need 4 mil. I didn't care what happened to it, and I even told her I'd make sure she got some of it back even when Qaws didn't want me to give anything back to her. I don't know if that money was going to be totally mine, or if I was holding it for him/somebody else, if I got half, a quarter, 10K, I don't know. I have 3 mil - I don't even need that much.

The last issue is my actions and how I displayed myself.
I was wrong. And I understand this. I was wrong about the situation and what was going on. This is fact.
I was acting out of, partially, anger. I was under the impression that Ash had scammed Qaws somehow. And I was trying to fix this(this is where the 'threats' or facts come into play.).
There were also some personal issues going on, and because of these said issues, I feel like I need to make sure Qaws is okay, and happy, and not mad. So I was going to fix this, and everyone could be happy and move on.
Because I was so angry, my words may not have all came out the way I wanted. It takes a lot to make me so mad like I was. I turn into a completely different person. And I've apologized for this.

tl;dr
I thought Ash scammed qaw and I threw a rage fit in order to get what the money where qaw wanted so it was no longer a scam.
