There are a few major differences between my plan and yours.
My plan is to actually own every plot, NOT RENT THEM OUT, sell acess passes for a few stacks of the item.

I do also plan on having workers plant a bunch of crops and stuff, BUT I DON'T WANT TO MAKE MONEY OFF OF THIS, asides from keeping the town alive, and getting ult, for flying abilities.

I actually have a contract system that will basically get who ever tries to ruin the eco with the item they're getting a lot of, banned, FOREVER.

I plan on actually using 99% of all the blocks in the town, by having them at layer 21-build limit, you would not believe how many blocks you are wasting by NOT building a town at that level.

Doesnt sound evil. Chutney out.
