Dang dude Insomnia Sucks. Been there done that not extreme but to the point where I would stay up for a Day then fall asleep the next night at 3am or something late then get up at 6am and start the process over again
I got it under control by running and riding my bike... a LOT. To burn off my Energy because I had too much due to me just sitting around all day. I got it under control in less than a Year or so. :D Good Luck on getting it under control :)
