I've had issues with Andrew in the past, but it's hard to demote someone who's had such commitment to the server unless he really dun goofs.

However there weren't a lot of reasons to bring him up to super in the first place. He's never stood out, he's never done anything extraordinary. He's just average.

In fact, he hasn't really done much banning outside of basic chat offences. He's not trained in the various different fields a moderator should. Especially hacking, I cringed in disgust at the fact that he was accepting/denying hacking videos when I know full well he has never experienced hacking first hand nor attempted it himself.

Ah I thought you meant a full demote. I don't know enough about Andrew's abilities to agree or disagree, but if someone who is incompetent is put into that high of a position, it definitely looks really bad on the staff team as a whole if they screw up. The bigger they are, the harder they fall.
