Once fuzzlr/admins can make some intelligent decisions that positively reflect the way rules should be enforced, I'll consider. As long as uber-toxic players can return time and time again, I refrain.

But after your unban, you didn't continue to be toxic. Some people do indeed deserve a second chance, but it matters more how their attitude changes.

You can't really tell 'till after, I think, unless they're still really active on forums, which some aren't.

True, let me know when you feel comfortable writing a staff application and applying. I'll try to get on more and "interact" with the community in a "positive" environment. It gets difficult when you work 3-5 days of the week and spend time outdoors on the weekends.
