You should put in effort every time if you want people to take you seriously.

You should also refrain from sarcastic comments that make you look terrible and show a terrible ability to take criticism.

I'm not the one applying right now, am I? Does it matter? We're talking about you here, not me. You are the one that should be putting through more effort.

Mine may not be excellent but at least I put forth effort in damn near all of them. I said the things that needed to be said even if I needed to repeat them several times.

Also, attacking me with your app up? really???
