Hello, once again, I'm back hoping to this time, make my interview. A lot has happened recently with me in MeepCraft and in real life. I will explain that a bit further into the application. Now, I'm not going to bore you with anything like "I love sports and cats" etc. So, I'l just get right into.

Everything is explained in there. It is completely my fault there however, I hope you can forgive me there. I am quite annoyed with myself with that, as now I have come clean, people may have a trust problem with me. I can assure you, now that is out, my slate is clean and fresh.

So, what makes me apply now? I've set myself a list of goals with a long term one of me becoming a successful staff member. I have created this list because I have completed a goal I have been working on for a while which I could not complete well whilst I was a staff member. So, that is out of my mind for now which is good. I got this from a conversation with someone discussing how much easier it would have been if I were to have the ultimate perks whilst I was staff. But, that makes only a small contribution into why I am applying.
My main reason is this: People have been constantly saying that Meep needs to change or "Meep is dying" etc etc. Well, I want to do my job to help Meep change up a bit. I would benefit the server by bringing up my contributions as staff. As Sjoe knows very well, I do have a loud voice within staff which I have to agree with, I like to speak my mind which I suppose can be a weakness aswell as a strength, as well all know doing things off impulse can be bad and it can be good.

Effort: I always try to put full effort into everything I do trying to get it finished within a given amount of time. I suppose, that is all you need. I cannot say much else here as I can't give examples as it is what I generally do every day in life.

Maturity: Sometimes, yes I can be a little immature however that is very rare. I was extremely surprised when I did admit to my real age and was expecting a lot of hate, I got comments like:
"I didn't know that you were only 13, but then again, you were mature enough so that people can't tell. Usually when people lie about their age, it's quite obvious based on their lack of maturity/knowledge." - Videogames321

These kinda brought a smile to my face. So, thanks to them and others.

Previous Experiences as Staff:
This keeps getting longer so let me make you a timeline:
1#. I started out on a friends server and was given the Admin rank, it was a small server however, I really enjoyed time on there. But, in comparison to MeepCraft, this was nothing. I did pick up some skills there, but not many. Just the basics.
2#. I then joined another server which I suppose was quite fun. We got 10-20 people on at one given time which wasn't all that bad. I worked my way up very fast and within a month, I was Head-Admin. As I put in every app, the server was destroyed by the crazy tech.
3#. Back to Meep, I came back to MeepNetworks and found myself getting my application accepted. I was put through an interview and became a helper. I didn't do too bad, however, now, it feels like I could have done so much more at the time. I was demoted then for telling people of my friend being banned (Good excuse, I know).
4#. At the end of MN I applied for this MeepCraft, I was accepted which got me quite hyped up about it. With guidance from colleagues within the staff team, I was always doing well, on task and trying my best. I then applied for Mod. My application was accepted whilst I was on holiday in Spain so, that couldn't have been better. I continued well and helped teaching new helpers new skills etc. (Looks at Bass_Flow)
I resigned due to a lot of things which are fine now.

Forums: Forums, ah forums. Although I was the least active person on forums only posting to get my member level up, I have changed into loving the forums giving an opinion on different things. I know my way around forums like the back of my hand. This also applies to the staff forums, I am still confident with them all the way.

TeamSpeak: This is a weakness for me, I am less active on TS as a citizen however, am on there a lot more when I am staff. I enjoy Moderating channels as I can fully understand things. I fought off people threatening us from other servers. (I'l speak to an Admin about that if needed; quite serious stuff)

Skype: If you are going to find me anywhere, it will be on Skype. I am always around weather its on my iPad or on my PC. I am always happy to speak to people. I have also helped many people on Skype as they know I know my ins and outs of the server.

Loyalty: I am always loyal to the server. I buy many ranks for friends (MrBoxi) and am usually willing to donate to the server. This does show devotion to the server. Also, I can throw into my loyalty, I have been here since April 2012, which as far as I know, is longer than most people who are currently playing on the server.

TeamWork: I love working interdependently, I personally find it is the single best way to work. I pick up these skills out of MeepCraft when I am simply playing as captain at my football (Soccer) team. I also have previously worked well in my staff groups. I love teaching others what I have learnt before. It does feel good to see people learning new things from me.

Modreqs: In the past, I have always done pretty well with my modreqs, I get through them quickly but with great quality. I know this may sound petty however, I am a fast typer which can give me an advantage sometimes relying on the person on the other end to be able to keep up.

Chat: Generally, I help out in chat if someone is asking a question. I admit, I do not always offer help at first I wait for people to ask.
Chat as staff was once a weakness to me, I did not have the confidence to ban/kick anyone without consulting someone else first. Now, I can do that easily.

If I mess up: I will always say sorry, or come clean. As a good example, just recently I had a bit of a rumble with someone who will remain unnamed for now just in case they do not want to be named. I looked back at my actions and said sorry. Luckily now, I am friendly with them so, now we've made up.

Enjoyment: I love helping, I love the satisfaction I get when someone even says "Thanks" or just a little winky face. It's great, and when I am banning/handing out punishments, I know that in time, that will do them good, which for them is a bonus.

Weaknesses: As I have previously stated in the application, I have not been one for Teamspeak, I have already said how that always has changed when I become staff. I do not know why, it may be because of the respect of the voluntary work however, I cannot tell.
