Hello everyone, my name is William but most of you would know me as superbros1211.
I join MeepCraft about two years ago after hearing my brother and his friends talk about it. I was intrigued by why you would call a server MeatCraft so I joined. Only to discover that it was actually called MeepCraft! I joined my first town, Pigtown and was given assistant. It was then funky and myself's goal to make Pigtown the best it could be. Then.... the restart happened and I have been playing MeepCraft a lot more since then.

Now let's talk a bit about my personal life. I am in my first year of high school in Australia. When I am not Meeping, I enjoy spending my time on outdoors, especially Geocaching. I also enjoy racing recumbent trikes (photo courtesy of Platt Racing).

Why you should be Helper/Mod?

I have been Helper for a bit over 3 months now and I feel like it is the time to go up a step in the Staffing ranks. Through out my time as Helper I have learnt a lot about moderation, how to deal with cases and how to spot the things which aren't quite right.

Experience.

Throughout my 3 months as a Helper I have learnt many things. I now know how to deal with almost all cases which need moderation, how to take criticism and most of all, how the staffing system works. I have learnt how to use HawkEye and our new plugin as well as how to deal with criticism.

Work ethic.

I am very sorry however I am going to use the same quote from Steve Jobs as I used in my Helper app, only because I feel like this describes best how I work. "When you’re a carpenter making a beautiful chest of drawers, you’re not going to use a piece of plywood on the back, even though it faces the wall and nobody will see it. You’ll know it’s there, so you’re going to use a beautiful piece of wood on the back. For you to sleep well at night, the aesthetic, the quality, has to be carried all the way through." From the very beginning of my time as a Helper I have strived to do my best and to go the extra mile. I also look very highly upon other mods, supermods and admins and I try to learn from them and apply their skills into my work to make it the best it can be.

Dedication.

Although I don't know what other staff do, I do know that when ever I do a Modreq I always start it with a simple "Hello", or "Hey" and finish it with a "Have a good day". I feel like this is a great example of going the extra mile to help someone else. I also give the server a lot of love, time and affection. When jobs which need to be done pop up I try to claim them and the times I do get the I always put the extra hour in to do the best I can.

Weaknesses.

In my time as Helper I haven't dealt with any X-Ray cases (apart from one involving someone admitting).
Although I have done some, I haven't done very many luring cases.
For both of these I am just constantly on the lookout for a report or modreq about it!

Another issue is something which is out of my control. Because I live in Australia, I have only ever attended 2 staff meetings. One in the school holidays and one on a public holiday. The time which is best for most staff happens to be about 10:30am on a Monday for me which is when I have school. I have to admit, I am not entirely sure how to solve this however I am sure that I will be able to.

-1 while I am NOT an expert, I can tell you don't know the first thing about Honduras. With the amount of users we have from that area, it's really crucial to learn some facts.
