you'll be a cheap staff member who'll pull a Lespauls and probably use your rank just for the popularity of making more money.

Don't worry, monkey. Save your fingers for those 4 letters you pressed to spell the word "rant" because that's all you ever say to people. Not to mention, you also must be great friends with the bus you throw everyone under.

 

-1, I think you're a decent kid, but I in no way, shape, or form see you as a staff here, ever. I personally do not agree with this letting people apply over and over again every X weeks, and I think with some people we should just urge them to no longer apply. You are one of those people unfortunately, your mentality is not suitable to what it takes to be staff, neither is your maturity. I do not see either of these two things changing in any near future. Personally if you were to change tomorrow, I'd still like to see a good 6 months of some type of productive behavior, instead of reporting everyone for any minor slight against you. (Like not delivering on a promise).

I also think your attitude regarding the brewer incident was atrocious, and for that alone I would have barred you from ever applying again. (Plus the fact you went and deleted all those snarky replies)

 

You're dedicated and you have the confidence, I'll give-ya that. But that's not all there is to being a staff member. Being too confident leads to arrogance, and just by reading your application, I can tell you're overly confident. Now onto the point.

To begin, your application is full of confidence. Yes, that may be a good thing, but only to a certain degree. "I justify, I AM READY!" That quote easily shows what I mean by having too much confidence. When you act like you're a lot better than before, it seems like you're above yourself now.

Furthermore, you're persistence is over the charts. Now, it's not a bad thing to be persistent, but there's a time when you need to back down. If you can't get past even into the Interview stage after nine applications, that simply means you aren't trying and following all the tips given. It's like being a bull (excuse me for the bad example). You keep on ramming a mountain until it collapses and falls upon you. That's not a good thing to happen, you should learn how to stop. Or backing from an argument. In this application, I've saw countless fights from you, asking for evidence where you scammed. If you want to discuss things like that, do it away from the app.

Additionally, you're application hasn't gotten better over the course of eight months. This time it seems like you're using tons of spacing. If you want to make your application long, make it so that it's easily readable. No one wants to read through 800 words with double spacing in between every short paragraph.

Likewise, you don't exactly have the best reputation in Meepcraft. Most people think of you as an annoying (immature) person who's constantly chattering along, sometimes excluding people. There's a reason for having a good reputation, along with a reason for a bad reputation. Reputation comes with actions, meaning you did bad things which resulted in bad reputation. Maturity is the biggest problem I see coming from you. Every person has to have a little fun now and then (as you don't want a robotic staff member...), but you don't want to act like a complete brat in front of everyone. Not saying you are, but maybe work on it more? I haven't really seen any improvement from you other than your activity and a bit of maturity. At least now you don't fight on every post.

Your abrasive and bashful personality makes you seem like a hypocrite though, like your comments on staff applications. I usually see you -1 people for the exact same things you need to work on. If you know about it, then work on it. In a like manner, I thought you knew about the etiquette of not replying to every post. You've stated that you've been here for eight months and are very experienced, so you should act like it.

I'm kind of getting a bit tired of seeing your applications. Every time I see it, I feel like it's going to be twice as good as the last time, but you've always proven me wrong.

To summarize, you aren't close to ready due to your immaturity, arrogance, and bashfulness. Good luck, but -1. I didn't really beat around the bush this time, so it might sound a bit harsh :3

Responsibility?
It took you more than a week to Own up to the Fact that You needed to pay cokeballs, I don't want a Scammer as staff. And the Experience part, you had 2 reports that you were reporting someone for something that wasn't illegal.
I Don't want a staff member that will ban people for False things. (touch up on the rules a bit or Actually listen to Antiacus)

Working hard for the server? more like working hard on the Meepmall or whatever the hell it is.
Trying all your efforts to contests? I'm going to guess you mean things like your: "meep lottery" Which anyone could set up in about 30 seconds

A helper isn't like a leader, A helper is the person that's there for Helping, helping, and possibly kicking a few players. Someone who is a good leader might not make a good staff member

Its every other week gummi, i'm getting tired. Let me just point out a few things.

This is very true, i see you work towards a goal and complete it (sometimes the goal can be bad though) thats a great trait.

There are many things about you that make me feel the way I do. I decided to pull out the old pros cons chart for this.



You obviously know how to play this game and on paper, it seems that you have every piece of the puzzle to be a successful helper. However, once people begin to converse and deal with you, people will come to realize that you have very lackluster PR skills, due to your age and immaturity. As well, you get a lot of flack from the community for threads such as this http://meepcraft.com/threads/gummibirr-dice-scam.35052/ . I personally have not had many negative confrontations with you in game, the couple I have had have been very positive conversations where I haven't had any problems, but you have an angry mob behind you.

Before you want to become a staff member, you might want to defuse those torches. You need to be on good standards with MOST of the community. It's not an easy thing to accomplish and I feel like the best thing you can do is wait and let the water simmer down. Time is on your side and get spend enough time being positive.

You have the potential to get into staff and excel, but I'm not seeing what I should being seeing yet.

You certainly have potential, I'll give you that.
But if by the point at which you've posted eight applications and they've all been denied (except for this one, perhaps) and you still continue to post applications and you don't know why they're denied, I don't think you'll ever be ready for staff.

The application itself I got through maybe 4 paragraphs and then scrolled down to see how much further I would have to read. I've said this before, but when the application is so long that no one will want to read it... You've lost the war before it even began.

I've gathered from the other posts that this isn't your first application that you've made. If that is the case, you really need to get someone else involved in proof reading your application before you submit it. Part of the reason I scrolled down after just a few paragraphs was because of the errors I was finding in the writing. You had tons of caps that had no business being where they were... At least in the first few paragraphs (I honestly didn't finish reading the application).

I'd much rather read something that got to the heart of the matter of what makes you good staff material.

I'll echo cactus a bit here as well. Take some time and really focus on improving your credibility. Staff won't want to bring someone to help them diffuse drama that has been causing it. In other words, they won't want to hire someone to babysit that they've been having to babysit. Mending a poor reputation takes longer than 2 weeks, maybe even take more than two months. Some of your naysayers might never go away, but you've got to give things some time to settle down, for memories to fade and of course you'll have to continue to be a model of a perfect citizen to prove the naysayers wrong or you'll just make thing worse.

You might want to take a close look at why you want to be a helper as well. It's a pretty sucky job, and don't kid yourself into thinking that it's not just that... a job. You are basically joining on with a group of people who are babysitting and anyone who tells you otherwise either hasn't been a moderator, or is lying.

Hey, It's me GummiBirr! Or you can just call me in my In real life name, Sean. I am a veteran player of MeepCraft. MeepCraft and playing Minecraft is my Hobby. I've been on the server for 8 months right now. I have been a good player and never got Permanently Banned, I never got into a very Serious Infraction.

I'll tell you a story when I first joined Meep. I was searching for Towny servers and when I first Searched, I was very happy to found servers which has Towny Servers, For me MeepCraft is the best Towny Server because they have 700+ Active players in the past few months. I first joined on a town of a Former staff, He was Emmettz24, He was the best and cool Mayor I have ever met. He taught me all towny commands and how to become a Mayor, Time passed by, I wanted to be an Assistant but he is refusing cause He is gonna sell the town Soon, I was really shocked when he told me that, so I sold my house and packed up my things, I moved to Monkeyhead's town and got assistant after that, I've been very good and helping Residents at her town and months passed, I have saved enough cash to make a town and run it by my own. My very first town was DerpVille, I was with xXGameWizXx and with more friends, The town was a Success. There were about 80 residents who joined. After that, I have met Daedaric_Ace and Ender_Bunnies, These guys are the best players in Meep I have ever Met. I knew how to build a Wither Grinder Because of them, And more money making tricks because of them.

When I first joined Meep, I was very shocked and very happy, At first glance, I was totally amused and I said to myself "This will be my new home." At first I roamed around MeepCraft's spawn, Doing the tutorial and reading rules, After a Day I discovered they had Forums and Teamspeak so what I did was register at Forums and downloaded Teamspeak Immediately. At First I asked if I can join any town, Then Emmettz24 happily invited me. Months have passed, I am here today still playing and loving MeepCraft. I have been introducing my Life since I first joined MeepCraft. I am Sean, I'm 13 years of age. I'm from the Philippines. I love playing guitars, composing, Making poems and more. Why you should be Helper/Mod ?

Why should I be Helper? Good question, good thing you asked this. Honestly, I tried many times but failed. Now, I'm trying all of my best again. At first, I just want to play Servers and have fun, But for me Meep is not just for amusement, It's a home. Home to have fun, live and make new friends. I have many qualities why should I be Helper, I listed all of them below.

• Experience

Me, As a Veteran player, I am experienced. All of you knows I am. I have been on the server for a quite a long time, I knew some commands of Helpers. For example, /tempban, /kick, /modreq and more. Me as a friend of former staff and present staff members. I know the responsibility of Staff Members. I am a good example.

• Work Ethic

I am responsible in and outside of Meep. I have been working hard for my family, I tried all my efforts to contests. That's work ethic. I know that is. I have been working hard for my residents, I have a Motto, "Thrive to survive." I am a hard working man. I have worked hard for the server. Now it's my time to harvest all my excellence.

• Dedication

I have been an active member of the community. I am active in the three aspects of the server, The Teamspeak, In game and in Forums. I have been a very good example to everybody. As a mayor, I am the leader of Town. I always dedicate my time to them and to the community. I did my best for the community. I dedicate myself and my time for the server and for the Community.

• Involvement

My involvement here is becoming Staff. I have been involve into many things, I know what its feel to be a Staff. You are like a Leader. You are involved into many things. Your friends, The members and of course the community. You must be involve in almost everything. If you are, You're ready for staff, And I am.

• Performance

Performance?, Well. I have performing well in the past few months. I have performed the best I can do. I performed many tasks and jobs. I have did well. As a Staff, You have to perform the best you can Do and I reached this star and I am performing again.

• Timezone

Yes, My timezone is a +1 for everybody, It's a very unique and rare one. At this kind of timezones, It is a night time which everybody is complaining when staff is off because it says "24/7" when it's a LIE, But not It's not. Let's add a new staff member which is mature enough for this job like me.

• Confidence

Yes I’m confident. When I tried first applying, I said asked my friends first and asked Should I apply? They said, you need confidence and as you act now, you don’t have. For this application, I have all of my confidence beside me.

• Patience

Yes, I am patient. I’ve been patient all the time in the server. My patience helps my control my immaturity. I know my maturity has changed, It’s because of my patience. I have enough patience and time for the server. I am not tired of helping people in the right way.

• Justification

Justification, eh? If you clearly read and understand my App, It is already justification. But this I am gonna summarize it. I have been a good part of the Community, I am Mature, I am courteous, Responsible and trustworthy. I am always up for a job. I am capable of becoming Staff. I Justify, I AM READY.


Weaknesses:
All of us knows we all have weaknesses. I made a list of my weaknesses. Here's my weaknesses:

• Immaturity/Self Control

Immaturity, That's what everybody was complaining for me to change that. Now, I have been improved it. As I know, I have improved it. I can control my self now. I am patient and I am always ready for this kind of cases.

• Grammar

You and I knows that I'm not that good or fluent in English, But I am trying my best whenever I use English language in the three aspects of the server. I have learned enough Grammar. It's time for me to become part of the Staff family.

• Commands

I don't know most of all the Helper commands, But I like to learn. I always have a space on my mind for learning. I know as a Staff member you need to learn the job you are entering, and I know what kind of job I'm entering and I'm capable of it.

Conclusion:

I have justified enough of myself above my application, Give me a shot on an interview, That's where I'll prove of myself more. I'm capable enough for this job and work. I dedicate my time to the server. Give me an interview, I'll do all best and i'm gonna blow all your minds.
