This is what the forum rules state for Swearing and Explicit language, and correct me if I'm wrong, but I've never used Explicit language before the one time on Saiyer's goodbye. I should have only received MAX a 7-point deduction on my record. As I said, provide me with evidence of be breaking this rule before, and I'll be ok with my ban. Banning out of the blue, AND using the second time punishment for a first time offence is crap. This shouldn't be allowed/tolerated EVER.
