-Weak app.
-New member on forums and whole server.
-No Skype or TS, those two are needed.
-Your Why doesn't convince me. Normal "I want help" stuff.
-Im pretty sure you have more weaknesses.

You should spend a lot more time online, get TS and Skype, and actually help, I haven't seen you helping one bit IG. You should wait 2-3 months, be known by community, get rid of immaturity and be helpful and active player, then you might have a chance when you apply.
PS: You didn't know how to apply for Staff member, it clearly shows you haven't studied servers ways or forums at all, and you give us image that you want apply only for power.
