Introduction: Hello Meepers! It's Zoe. I am a 12 year old girl from California. I enjoy mostly all sports, crafts, and Minecraft. I played basketball for my school team and despite having been the smallest, I was the captain of the team last year. I also play soccer. I started playing competitively when I was 8, and have been playing ever since. I have been the captain a total of 5 times for my soccer team, so I have learned how to lead people, and help them grow. I am on a “U12” or “under 12” team, which means I am playing “up” and am older than the majority of the players, so they look up to me and see me as a role model. Even though I am not older than most of the players on Meepcraft, I still feel like I am a role model. I show people rules, help them with commands, and work through fights/disputes with other players.
During my time as Helper, I feel I have become very well-known throughout the community. I talk in global conversations, and love chatting with players in /pm. I have handled 700+ Modreqs, and each one, I’ve tried to make sure the customer gots what he/she needed. I have been helper since May 17, 2015, and I have loved every day of answering peoples questions. It really gives a new meaning to playing when you become Staff–there’s more to the game. Sure, we don’t get as much time to ourselves, but I’m loving playing more than I ever have before! I get "thank you for helping me” and “Thank you for answering my question” all the time, and I love the feeling of people telling me that I did well; that I helped them.
Why you should be Mod? I have been on Meep since May 24th, 2015 now, to some people that’s a lot, to others… Not so much. I’ve taken the time to learn commands throughout my time on Meepcraft. It started out in Boomo. I played Boomo for about 4 months–During that time, I learned /leave and how to use local chat. Next, I found a town. Here, I learned the commands of towny and was inspired to make a town, as well as learning how to use /g. From there, I donated, got Premium, and started doing a lot of Wild. I made some friends and learned /msg and /r, from there, I found forums– ah, forums, I love forums. I love reading and posting and having great debates and conversations now, but when I came on for the first time, I went strait to “Staff Applications” I read all of those and soon started commenting. I never new that you applied to get Staff! I new that with all of my accumulated knowledge, I actually has a slight chance! I found out what Teamspeak was, and loved it (as some/most of you know, I am very talkative!) I love socializing with other players. It makes my time on Meepcraft all the more memorable.
I love doing things with other people. Sometimes, I help people on a Modreq, and a month later, they start a convocation with me. I love how they feel so free to start sharing experiences/encounters with me. I’m not a Big Scary Staff Monster, I’m a player, that wants to help other players. Becoming Mod would help me do that even more successfully.
I use private message, global, world, local, teamspeak, Skype, and forums, all to communicate, share, teach, and learn with people. When I first became helper, people didn’t know me well. Now, I feel the majority of the players know, and like me! I feel like they're comfortable around me. They can talk to me, they can play with me (if I have time) they can have fun with me. And I love that, above anything else on Meep. I love that we are a community.
You go on other servers, and they spam, swear, caps, and there are no staff, much less social staff! Here on Meep, we trust each other. We know one-another. For the most part, staff are helpful and fun. Meepcraft is special. Being on Meepcraft is a privilege. Being a part of the community here, is a privilege. For me, being a Staff member is a greater one. When there are issues, the staff are there to help! We answer questions, sort out problems, and more importantly, we connect with the community. By helping one player, its a domino effect. They can help someone else, and the knowledge that was shared with one player, spreads. Players helping players, helping players—everyone cares. That’s why I fell in love with Meep. That’s why I want to give back.
Being Mod, for me, is helping a greater amount of people. I can still help other players, but I can also help other Helpers. These 4 months, I have gathered even more commands, techniques, and tactics to help then ever before. I know commands, how to communicate with players, how to stay up to date, how to teleport players to their friends plot, how to find out who stole what, and who ran what command, as well as much, much more!
I believe I should be Mod because I care for the community, and I will help it become a stronger one by teaching, by learning, by solving problems, and answering questions.
What are your weaknesses? Activity- One of the things that came up in my last application was how active I was. I realize now that I am not as active as some players. However, when I am in-game, I make sure that people know it. I help people whether or not they filed a Modreq. Now I know, it’s not all about piling up Modreqs. It’s about the customers. Its about their experience. I cannot say that I will magically be playing 8 hours a day like some people manage, but I will be making an effort to be spending my time more productively.
Age/Maturity- Most of you know, by now, that I am not, in fact, 13. I am actually 12. I was inspired greatly by MeGustaYou’s Helper application, when everyone told her “you are so mature, and your application is so detailed and fun to read” I knew then, I couldn’t keep lying. I took all of my strength and confessed, fearing being outcasted, or even demoted. But, I was surprised by what I got. Yes, people are still a bit shaken, but they accept me. They understand. I didn’t understand. I thought lying would help me, but in truth… It only hurt me. I felt terrible lying, so I knew I had to let people know. I was told “you are very mature for a 13 year old” and I felt so happy, so confident because I was actually 11. That meant, what? I was extremely mature for an 11 year old? Maybe. I am working on fixing some maturity issues, but I still enjoy having a good time with all people on Meep, so sometimes I might be loud, I might be crazy. But when it’s time to get down to business, I can control myself.
Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I did mention in my last application that I didn’t know Prism very well. I have been working with other staff members to improve my knowledge of Prism. I feel that I know it well enough to help others with what I know now, although I know there is still more to learn.

I have had access to Landon's account for around a week and a half now. I have been on it once. He decided he wasn't going to have enough time to play Meep, so he gave account details to myself, and one other person. He still plays on it when he can, but at the moment, there is a total of (I believe) 3 different people using his account. He had complete ownership of this account up until around 3 weeks ago.
I thought this might cause some confusion, and anyone who has any questions on this can start a forum convo with melordusan, cooey, Toostenheimer and 4 others like this. -
Your upbeat tempo and cheery randomness never fails to make me smile. The energy I've seen you bring just through Teamspeak and chat has been nothing but positive and that makes me believe that you truly enjoy being here and doing great work as a staff member. Even outside of maturity, your ability to handle different situations well is evident through the fact that you're still a helper. You've definitely learned and grown a lot. There are fools who don't even leave the position by their own will!
Definitely deserve a shot at mod. Good luck, Zoe.smk, GroovyGrevous, Toostenheimer and 3 others like this. -

I'm usually against anyone under 14 applying, but +1.

I kinda disliked you a first
but you're surprisingly mature for your age, you're very helpful and active in the community and in /shout, activity on all aspects is great.
I think you'll be able to handle the step up well, and manage the new position fine.
