why you were banned? I was banned by console for a back payment from paypal

Why Should we Accept Your Appeal?

I contacted Paypal today they are saying "we have blocked your account and all transaction in the past 180 days are in Hold, Once we have Check Your Account We Will Open it" Wallahi

I recently Donate for someone 10$ and i think he also got banned ( Reggles knows Who i donated for )
I have no idea why they block my account but they say they are just verifing it
and they will open account normally.
