Staff decides if you are staff, he decides if he's ready to apply.

It doesn't have to be, introduction is to tell people about yourself, not to explain why you applied for helper

That's actually grammatically correct, he's using "drones" as a noun. It's like saying "playing cards" or "playing ball". Some nouns sound weirder than other with the verb playing. You wouldn't say "playing bikes", you'd say "riding bikes". Also, "playing sledding" is using two verbs which is wrong. He's right in this sentence

He seems like he wants to help out and spent time to create an application for a server he enjoys. Age doesn't matter either, I've seen plenty of staff at the age of 10 with a lot of maturity.

As for the applicant, I think you're heading the right way. You seem like a chill dude, just get your name out more and work towards helping people whenever you can

you're going to need to be active a lot more than that that to be staff (unless you're Fuzzlr)

Overall, you don't seem like you actually put much effort into this, it's probably the most generic helper app I've ever seen. Also, you're only like 11, which means you probably aren't ready for the responsibility that comes with being staff. -1 from me.
