Why the animosity about his name? It's a game where you attack people with swords. Do you not expect to be cut? Using his name as a reason isnt just, and its just another way to knit pick.

If I was 'Ima' right now I would be very flattered about the comments about his builds. Taking the views of others into account is a sign of a leader, a progressor and a stable base to build a fruitful career in meep.
The fact he is willing to change and take on this trial Kling has brought forward is a sign of change. People may state 'do we want ???? Representing the team??' Well to that I say who cares? A new team brings adventure, creativity and mystery. He may have his flaws. So do I.

We as a team should bring a new rising of togetherness, comradery and develop a new base of trust. In the team and within the community and shouldn't hold people back if we can.

So this is to you ima....
I believe this is a decision to be left to the higher staff as there is no doubt about your talent.

So you will need to start thinking and tell us in detail...

An impartial architect that's not fully bothered

 

We hardly have any perms the only thing he could potentially scupper up is the architect team builds. If the arch team feel they are confident that he will not harm their builds I don't see why not. If your worried about the 'slack' chat, don't add him to it. Its hardly needed anyway.
If you are using Deinen as an example its petty, all he's done is spawned a few gold blocks to help new members join a cheap town. The positives massively outweigh the negatives.
If you want a similar situation look at Draqq. He joined the team and became a massive asset. He left the team and became his usual self but at least he stepped up when called for.

I’d say that I can offer a unique perspective on aesthetics and building in general. Even though it might not seem like it from my history, I really do consider myself an amiable guy. It’s pertinent that I mention my specialization in fantasy building, there’s just so, so much that can be considered fantasy that seeing some of my personal creations under this theme should definitely help you understand the kind of builder I am, and a little bit of my personality as well.

- do you have any ideas that we cannot afford to miss?

I actually think that I’d love to show the staff my take on the statues. I see that we currently have blocky statues which look about the same as they would in-game, but I would like to do away with the block-for-block proportions and give them a new style. In addition, I feel as though my perspective could be used in the architect team and when making builds. When combined with that of the other experienced builders on the team, I’d say it could become something special, without a doubt.

-will you be able to accept critics, when you are in the lime light

Of course. Criticism is the reason that any good builder today is, well, good. It would have been very hard for me to get better as a builder in Minecraft if I hadn’t gotten constructive criticism, and that’s the main reason why I greatly appreciate anyone who takes the time out of their day to give me some comments on my builds.

That being said, there’s a line between constructive criticism and inciting flame wars. Over the years, I’ve come to realize that it’s sometimes necessary to be the bigger person and ignore somebody who wants to start an argument with me. But as long as there’s even a little bit of a tip in someone’s comment, I always take it to heart when refining my builds.

-what do you say to those that you may have hurt over the years and how will you strive to create a new you?

I can only say that from now on, that is going to stop. It’s only so entertaining to hop onto a server and hurt people’s feelings, and the enjoyment in that is something I saw when I was younger and less mature, but now I’ve realized that it really isn’t okay to say certain things to people. By taking this very sincerely, I’ll be able to form a new identity for myself as someone who does the exact opposite of what I used to.

I’ve been very, very rude to some people here, and this is not at all acceptable. I wish that I could go back and erase some of the things I’ve done, but as that’s impossible, I just want to prove to all of you that the old me isn’t the true me. I’m sorry, and I’m going to do whatever I need to to prove that my statement is genuine.

I want to become an Architect not just to improve the server where I’ve made so many memories, but also to show that I am capable of helping out. Anyone can change and in my case that’s absolutely necessary. I’m sorry for all of the hours I’ve forced to be spent cleaning up my messes. Now, I hope that I can reverse that altogether and give back.

-is there a way in which you could prove you can change?

Although I would like to put my word out here, I see that it’s been used many times before and always broken. This time, I just need to play constructively and be a good member of the community for once. I would much rather benefit the community by becoming an Architect and building to make the server look nicer than by insulting and harassing people. All I have to do is play without causing issues, so that the newfound positivity I bring can be highlighted in contrast to the old me.

I would love to try my hand at revamping the staff statues, since I think that’s a strength of mine. Overall, I consider myself a flexible guy, so I would like to just roll with whatever I’m given. I’d prefer something that relates to my strengths, since most of Meepcraft seems to be built in either fantasy or medieval (which I both enjoy and consider myself proficient in), but it’s important that I can do anything I’m asked. I like to be thought of as a reliable person.

Yes, absolutely. I realize that something akin to this would be considered necessary by some, and this is because of my own behavior in the past. It’s hard to trust me when I say that I’m ready to be different this time around, but that can be proven with time. The end goal for me is to join the Architect team so that I can help Meep, and as lame as it sounds, I’m going to stop at nothing to get there someday.

-whould you willingly work with the other archs, and would you like to say anything about them?

Teamwork is invaluable to making the best build you can. Although it’s definitely possible for me to handle a build all by myself, Meep has an architect TEAM for a reason, and that reason is to incorporate the many styles and opinions of several players into one build that can represent the server. In addition, working in a team is something that might help me prove that I’m really back to help this time. Other than that, I don’t really have much to say about anyone, only that I’m very excited to be given the opportunity for consideration.

I've changed my vote to a -1 because 3 of your builds are on this schematic account. If that however is you I would like for you to create a new build on it that is requested by us.

 

Look at the things Deinen has done, and at how well he's viewed around here. ImaCutYou is fine, get that chip off your shoulder.

@_ImaCutYou , love your builds, colors are great. Fantastic attention to detail without splattering every unique block in the game into a small space.

I find your builds truly unique and refreshing. None of us on the team can build figurines quite like yours and your builds pop with color.

However, I feel like you've been here too short to become an architect. I'm concerned that you were recently unbanned and I think it'd be best if you waited a few more months before applying.

You're builds are marvelous, but I think you need to work yourself back into the community before you can become a staff member.

 

That is quite literally what he needs to do. Kling will give him a suggestion and he'll build it and put it on that account.
