The description of the VIP rank is rather confusing and disorganized in my opinion and I had to read it many times before I knew I knew all the commands and VIP perks.

Commands
/tpa (playername)
teleports you to that player
/tpahere (playername)
teleports that player to you
/back
teleports you to the last place you warped or teleported
/chest 1 (/chest 2, /chest 3)
gives you a virtual chest that expands your inventory and you keep it on death
/n new (nation name)
get your own nation and add towns to help them and give yourself power
/sethome (name for this home) x3
instead of /home you get 3 homes with different names to get back to you /home it's now /home home
/gun (or /guns I can't remember)
In halo you now have more gun options

Perks
Donor spawn
now /spawn takes you to a new area with portals to the nether and end, you also have access to level 30 enchantment tables and anvils here
Also, if the server is full (hoping to happen soon!) you can still join
