-.5 Although you are my friend, I still think you have some things to work on. For example, the app was short and lacking, especially the weaknesses section, which shows a lack of quality self evaluation and I think you could expand your server knowledge slightly. But, I do think your activity is really good and you seem like a really nice player! Just improve on the things I brought up and keep up the skills you possess and you'll be ready for staff !

Honestly, your why section needs a lot of work. Why should you really be deserving staff? What makes you unique for the position? Go through accepted apps and see what they have, that'll give you some idea.
"Jokes" section seems like it should be in weaknesses.

Add more than 1 weakness. Being that this isn't your first app, go through denied ones and look at the comments, then either improve those weaknesses or state them in the app.

50-50 isn't that great of a ratio for maturity on a staff member.

Sorry I'm a -1 too, but for some reasons:
+I thought you were way older (at least 12) You're more mature than most 9 year olds I've met irl and on the internet.
+ I see you in shout helping other people
= I don't really understand the confidence (Why bring up exams in an application?)
- Profile says you're 14, Idk why, but you should ask someone to change it to 9.
- You have to have more weakness than that one!

You are basically a Gummibirr. Although you are very, very active you are way to immature and have a lot of bans in your history to pass me by. -1

75% was useless talk. And the rest was okay, but I was not impressed. Not much staff material I see here.
EDIT: But, for a nine year old, you are not bad, you are probably more mature than my eleven year old brother. Also, being a staff takes a lot of time away from your real life. Just know that, once you are staff, you become very committed to Meepcraft, and you never want to leave. It is a good thing for Meepcraft, but at your age, I feel like it would be something hard to control.
However, just work on writing a better app next time, and I am sure you will get it.

You shouldn't be discouraged at all by this abdullah, because you really are a smart kid and rather mature for your age(which may seem lacking to some but my goodness he's nine). I believe that you would make a fine helper with a little help along the way from the other staff (who, may I remind those reading, are supposed to be working as a team). +1, I like you, you could get it done.

Nice to see you putting the correct information in on this app! But it was rather short.
There were some grammatical errors.
Didn't really hear much besides "I want to help kick and ban." and "I like to play Meepcraft."
You had one Weakness and not much as to why you want to be on the staff team other than "I'll help kick and ban".
I often see immaturity in-game and rarely see you helping others in-game as well.
Out of the 4 times you've been banned, 1 was a 7-day and one was a pending a perm. But that isn't a big deal as long as those things won't happen again.
Teamspeak activity is lacking (Most likely timezones)
Your age isn't that big of a problem rather than the ones stated by me and others.

How much I like you for a player, I don't think your ready for staff because: +/- because the app was too short I can't really see how much you exely want this, if you're app would be longer I and a lot of other people would propably vote higher

Changed vote to +1 because of him working hard to get 1mill he owed after paying the wrong guy, after all he lost 2 mill even tho he should've lost 1

 

The reason it isn't THAT long is because I couldn't think of anything else.

 

If this gets denied, and you reapply, I reccomend looking at existing, accepted apps and get some inspiration from there. The longer the application the more mature you look (to me)

Just a suggestions abdullah9999345, you don't need to respond to every comment by itself.
It's probably better to quote a bunch and say, "Thanks for the comments and helping me out."
Commenting back to every single person shows desperately, additionally if they don't leave a plus 1 or minus 1 or neutral zero, don't force them into doing it.
