The builds: -1
I do not find any of your builds interesting, If all it takes are 3 houses, a bridge, a pathway, and a river then I'll get my brother to apply for architect. I think you should improve your building variety and have more to show.

The app: 0
The application was overall weak. I honestly don't care that it was because I rather see you have your builds be good than having a good application for architect (I care about apps for helper etc.) Work on your intro a lot more. What can you tell me about yourself besides Minecraft? All you talked about was your last application and how you got new communication apps. (P.S. I stopped at the intro)

Now for the screenshots (Going in order from first row to 2nd row, to 3rd row etc.)
First screenshot is pretty good, I like the snow / ice hills (whatever you call them) the 2nd screenshot is just a close up in almost the exact same angle. 3rd screenshot had a better close up of the house.

Interior house screenshots: -2
I'm at a loss wondering why these were added. 4th and 5th screenshots don't even tell me where these are from! By this I mean is it inside the ice house in the first screenshot or in the 2nd screenshot? Either way, they're bland and anyone can easily have done these.

The rest: 0 I actually like this build (6th screenshot) but is the other screenshot the same building or is it from a different build? (7th screenshot) I like this house the best tbh. 8th screenshot: COOL! A BRIDGE. *ahem* Sorry but is this a landscape shot? I was so distracted by the bridge I had to think to notice the landscape. The final screenshot was a good house but I rather would have a better angle of the house.

-1 I'm sorry but your builds are DEFINITELY not Arch level. Your builds are thought out, but just not very detailed overall. Some of the other applicants put LOADS of detail into their work, but yours just don't have that pizzazz that makes a truly good build. Maybe try putting a little more effort into your builds.

 

I like the first ice structure, I just think the other builds are mediocre. Build on, you can improve. You have the skill, you just gotta work on it!

Your landscaping is okay, but you can really imrpove on your builds. I see quite a lot of wood in there, just a bit too mutch for my likings, try using some other materials.
I'd think your town buids are a bit better, but I still believe you can imrpove on different materials in one build. And you could try something other than fences and walls for detail.

 

Firstly, I would like to thank you, and the community for helping us come to an conclusion on this application. We love the standard of the houses, but we believe the terrain is something to be desired. What we are looking for is that "wow" factor, the complete package, but you just aren't finished the article as of yet. We request that you give yourself more time to build bigger, and better things before your next if you decided to do so.

This is denied, but we hope that you keep up the good work and continue on.

Things to work on for future preference:
-Landscape
-An ability to build the unusual; statues, vehicles, ect.
-Adding more detail to your builds.
