I have seen you act VERY IMMATURE ingame. This is not something we need in staff

The mic would be an issue, so if you could figure that out or get a better mic, that would be great. Please look at the above comments and try to work on the issues presented. Everyone has weaknesses. Don't be afraid to ask other people what they think they are and improve upon them, that is how people become stronger. Your application needs a little more information. Put a bit more into the why section next time and it will be better.
