Cons:
-Demoted once.... a little while ago.... nothing more...

The only reason it's not a +1 is because I think you can work on your attitude a bit more, both toward your demotion and toward other staff members while you were on the team. I think you know what I'm talking about, PM me if you'd like to know more.

As long as you changed the qualities that took over your demotion, I don't see why not to -1 this.

 

Bob you're a great guy but you can have a pretty bad attitude. Martinq wanted his account back as a present to his cousin a day after he gave it to you. Your replies were kind of cold and well not very considerate. Otherwise you are pretty cool, experienced, and a great guy

 

Bob, you are one of my best buddies. You are active on all 3 aspects, and we frequently chat on TS. I am going to have to give you a +.5 instead of a +1 because it seems some staff members think your demotion was rather serious, although I have no idea what it is. GL homie!
