Gummi, that's my honest opinion. When I was helper, Bob was always working on stuff, and took his job seriously. I believe that, among other reasons, is good enough to let him try agsin.

 

Bob you very active and know what you are doing.
However whilst you have been Helper again I have realised that your maturity needs some work.
Whilst you have been a Helper I have noticed that you often are getting into things which don't involve you.
Here is one example, there was once fly hacking report about 2 weeks ago, I had marked it as pending and I was going on to do some further investigation. I come back on and I see the report was denied. You have also done a number of times not just to me. When I mentioned this to you in-game you treated it like it was nothing but also I felt that you acted as if I was lower then you and you ignored what I said.
For those reasons it's a -1.

Since half of my /modreqs were taken by bob and he surely was really helpful in every single case I would like to add a bit to this conversation.

First the Positive feedback: As I said, I have been with you several times in my short time on SkyBlock. You always answered my questions and helped me out with all kinds of stuff that are strange for a newcomer.

The Negative feedback: As soon as I have seen you "talk" in the chat I have sensed that you are quite young. It is really obvious from they way you type and from your stylization of sentences. Do not take me wrong, there is nothing bad about being young, but the responsibility that comes with a Mod rank is a bit over your head to be honest. Also in one case you could not help me with a modreq that other helpers had a really easy time answering.

For me it is a -0,5, give it some time.

 

Bob you're a great friend but I have to -1 this.
I know you're only helper, but you already act like Mod. You accept/deny hacking reports/bans and half the time I'm not even sure who you check with.
I feel as if the reason you were demoted still exists today. Hypothetically, you'd be the type of person to kick me for sending you one curse word via /msg.

Great helper, active, and we need more mods, but I think prove that you improved on weaknesses

However, you've not been the best staff member.
When you reapplied for helper, I was unsure what my vote was going to be.

This time, I really think I'll have to -1 this one because...
Well, honestly, you haven't waited long enough. When I think of you, I think of the dude who... Did some things that resulted in your demotion.
You need to wait longer, to allow yourself to live that one down. And, I just don't think you're ready for the responsibilities of moderator.

I find these two paragraphs/statements to inherently contradict one another. On one hand, you say you want to prove yourself but on the other you're seemingly not willing to put in the time to do so.

The staff have seen fit to give you another shot after the list of reasons for removing you in the first place. It strikes me as decidedly impatient and foolhardy to think that after 3 weeks you've proven, definitively, that you've earned back their trust. I'm not sure if 3 weeks is long enough to prove anything.

In the first paragraph I quoted, you pretty much admit, at least subconsciously, that you haven't yet regained the community's and staff's trust. You're still proving yourself, at least in your own words/mind, so wouldn't it still be too soon to be trusted as moderator again?

That said, I can't think of anything that you've done/said since I've been stalking the forums recently that has left me questioning the staff's decision to hire you on as a helper again. I commend you on wanting to prove yourself, on wanting to redeem yourself, I just would like to see you put more time/effort into doing so.

Thank you all for the constructive comments! I have looked at them very carefully, and I have tried to improve in those areas as much as possible.

For all the people that have said I have been staff for 3 weeks, I made a mistake. As of today, I have been staff for 1 month. Very sorry for the confusion. Once again, thank you all for taking the time to read my application. It means a lot to me.

 

Lol, nice response on the length of time you've been staff, if we (I) had bothered to put the dates together, we (I) could've figured it out on our (my) own. You could've taken your response in a different direction than you did, but you chose a good path. Well done.

Still not sure if a month has been enough time either, I stand by what I said before. You have a pretty solid group of people who don't trust you still in the community/staff. Not much you can do about it either other being patient and taking the time to prove them wrong.

I don't think you're in the place to be applying right now. You may have some staff qualities in you, but you have a bit of arrogance I didn't exactly like about you.

To begin, the amount of time since you've became staff isn't even close to enough. You've made some, a better word would be many, mistakes in the past. A measly one month isn't anything to be able to regain the trust of others, or to apply for Moderator. In example, you take everything on yourself, and you do not like others to interfere into it. On multiple occasions I see you handling everything by yourself, and not bothering to go out of the way and help others do what you are doing. When I last talked to you on Teamspeak 3, you seemed very tired and non-energetic. If you don't have the energy to perform the tasks as a Helper, then I truly don't think you'll be able to perform the duties of Mod. Furthermore, your maturity may have increased, but I do not think it is high enough to take a step forward. It's not exactly the too playful and annoying type of immature, but more like the type where you abuse and continuously not listen to advice being given. For the age you are at, you are definitely more mature than the average 13-year-old there is. But sometimes, that's not enough. Even if you perform above and beyond, you will have to strive even further. I do agree that you've made a colossal improvement, but in the time given I don't think you've matured enough. Additionally, you don't think before you act. However, everyone has been doing wrong things at some point. The problem is how much you do those wrong things. You just happen to make bad decisions on more than a few occasions. Likewise, your modreq count is very high, but staff isn't completely about modreqs. From what I've seen and heard, the modreqs being answered by you are helpful, I say, but you could spend more time looking into it and make the customer fully satisfied. For example, I had a modreq asking a fairly simply question a while ago, but you didn't use HE to track what I meant and solve the issue, you just told me to refile when I got back online. There are some times where the player has to be online to solve the case, but you could delve deeper. To conclude, I do not think you are fit for the Moderator position, nor do I think you've matured enough to take on the many responsibilities that will be required if you do happen to become a Moderator.

Although I do appreciate that working attitude and dedication, I do not think you are ready for the position just yet. Good luck, but -1.

+1 Because I don't know if it's the time zone but I don't see you a lot anymore and it is probably the time zone so I'm going to stick with it being the time zone with the amount of +1's here, but you help a lot of people when I see you on and you've helped me a couple of time too so thanks for that. You deserve to be a moderator.
