Basically, this.
Personally, I've been on board with a demotion rather than promotion. Nothing personal, I still love you, but.
You act immature and rude, and are sometimes annoying, and while you have a pretty good work ethic, sometimes you take being silly way to far. For example, I think it was a week? Maybe more after you got helper, you toggled town pvp, punched me into a hole, and I died. This wasn't 30 seconds after I came back from being AFK too.
I don't want a rule breaker as staff. even if that was a month ago, it still very much matters to me.
I'm sorry if this post came off as a bit rude, but I had to get my point across. I'm sorry Bobjon, -1.

I'm at a -10. You've permed me and kicked me before unjustly. You don't know your PvP rules very well. I've also seen you act like a jerk to players.

 

I understand where you are coming from.
But as you said,

I had a case given to me that was your 7th luring offense. I had a lot of proof and a SuperMod backed me up and gave me the "go ahead" to ban. If you really want to discuss this, we can do so, somewhere else.

 

I don't want to discuss it. It's just my reason for a -10.

I am on the fence particularly because of an event that happened a few weeks back but that is irrelevant without proof.

-From what Monkey and Nine are saying, you sound immature and uneducated in the rule book.
-I don't think I supported your Helper app because I had barely ever seen you on, but it seems you've changed that.

What Monkey said was true. But again. I have learned from it. I am not going into what Nine said because what I did was right and I am backed up by other players and staff that say what I did was along the lines of the rules and can be justified. But thanks again!

+1, You are helpfull, gr8, uber amaze, and are the little puppet of a Helper that Meepcraft is looking for.

Honestly, you're not fit for any form of staff. You're cocky, whiney, you curse, you dont care to help people, and you do not learn. You have honestly disgraced the staff team, and I don't want to see you as Helper let alone Mod. You're here for the title, you do this cause you want power, you want to shove that Helper rank in everyone's face and say "Wanna try me?". You're abuse to power, you have to idea how many times I've seen you kick and tempban people for stupid reasons, be told that it's wrong, and then do it again 100 more times.

On the other hand, I do see you dedicated. You're online a lot, even though it may be doing the wrong things, you're good on that part. You're on all the time, so that's great for staff.

The only reason your on the staff team, is cause you're kissing up to the right people, and that's all it takes here on Meepcraft. -1

I honestly thought this was a joke the first time I saw this thread.

most of what I was going to say has already been said but I'll repeat it for clarity anyway.

I've seen so many threads about how you do not your job correctly, as well as many people complain about your staff work. You are incredibly immature, and you aren't even addressing the amount of fanboy bias on this thread! I'VE NEVER SEE SO MANY PEOPLE WORSHIP A 13 YEAR OLD.

On the bright side, you are almost always online, which is good... err for a helper. You can stay at your position for now, I'd prefer if it was for a while honestly. You have lots of dedication as well, and I won't doubt that you know a lot about this server and the people on it. This quality is great for the average helper that spends all day typing /claim x, /done x, /check, /kick x blah blah, etc. but it stops there.

To address the edit issue, an edit is an edit. You should have proofread your application, and the fact you didn't scares me even more. If you don't proofread your application, how can we expect you to proofread your bans? What if you missed that one chat log that results in some innocent getting banned? A major reason I probably will never trust you.

You can't deny the fact that you like to puppet some of the upper staff's actions. Honestly, have an opinion of your own for once. It goes a long way. You also have performed many questionable actions in game which makes me believe you are unsure of the rules or don't care enough to do your job well.

To address the ";3" issue, grow up. You know that this is a serious position and children of your caliber aren't able to handle this responsibly. Your fellow staff are offering their time, volunteering to a server that is going nowhere, and can still moderate and have a good time. I see your goofing off more than anything else.

I hope you appreciate how much work I'm putting into this review. I hope you'll take something out of this other than your roadie Jonnehboi is spamming. I'm trying to help you become the better helper you and I both know you can become. You just need to get your head out of ur butt.

Some constructive criticism:
- grow up
- learn to proofread
- read the rules
- work on your PR skills
- don't make stupid excuses when you make a mistake

- take responsibility for your faults
