    Man you're getting good...

Now before people complain this "wasn't constructive" or some other form of bs to get me in trouble, -1
    -you're incredibly immature
-I could give less craps about the modreqs you do as you don't do them properly(you ignored me or cut me off multiple times)
-why the hell are you even helper in the first place?
-I'm not even going to say that you're active because even though you're online you are mostly screwing around or doing a halfway job as a helper.
Basically, learn to use yor time better, don't be ignorant during modreqs, try (and I mean really try as this may be hard for you) to be mature, even if you aren't atleast fake it til you make it.

To be honest, I don't think you are fit for the Moderator position yet. I've seen you make bad decisions in the duration when I was still staff, and I've also seen you threaten to kick people for reasons that aren't in the rules section. Just as flamedemond2 says, 'Quality over quantity.' For example, a staff member could claim 20 modreq abuse modreqs, and claim very few hacking reports or such, but the count becomes fairly high. Many staff members are also a bit biased when banning/kicking (including me). It's different when you ban someone you know than when you ban a random player who you've never even seen before. There were some cases where you kicked some citizens for something, then you didn't do anything when donators did the exact same thing, until others pointed that out in shout.

Also, your forums activity isn't top-notch either, and I see you arguing with others all the time. 131 posts isn't close to my standards, especially when they aren't good, long, posts. In your staff application and many other places, you like quoting others to give off excuses about why you did that certain thing wrong. That's not the right attitude, to be pushing things off until you have to pay the price. It's kind of like procrastinating, where you stare at your screen for a full hour then realize you have a huge project due the next day. Admit what you do wrong, and work on it; that's how you get better at something. In my first couple of months of being staff, I always pulled off the 'good excuse.' When people tell me why I do something wrong, I responded with 'Nobody's perfect.' Nobody may be perfect, but at least try do it to the best of abilities, or work on it so you get less negative feedback.

You may be active in game, but most of the times I just see you playing around, or leaving things only partially done. I remember very clearly about all those times when there were wrong bans for bad reasons that didn't make any sense at all. It's not just you, there were others.

Another point I would like to make. If it's just a small typo as you said, then there wouldn't be that much of a need to edit your application. It's not as if there was a server name that you forgot to blot out, or a typo that sounded like a ref. I'm a perfectionist, but you don't have to edit just for a measly word change.

I like people who are kind of sarcastic, playful, and/or care-free, but faces in applications aren't really professional. I find you quite immature compared to others. It's actually nice to play around every now and then, but when you need to be serious, I don't find you up to the task. Experience is another thing. You haven't exactly spent much time as a Helper; 5 weeks isn't enough. But then again, it's about how you spend those 5 weeks rather than how long you do nothing for.

It's good to see there are many staff member still communicating with the main player base very often, but you've made many mistakes, based on experience and what I've heard from some others.

    -1 your aren't ready

    -immature
-abusive with power(you never should have been handling crushers luring case! He has done so much for the server and you threat it like a joke! When that happened I was actually very mad....)
    -lacks enough time/experience
    -you are inactive on forums

I personally did like you at first but I came to really see the true side of you. All you want is more power so you can threaten people and keep abusing it but now be able to perm ban. Also really why would you be handling crushers luring case! This had so high stakes and you pretty much stalked the entire time because you lack knowledge on how really to conduct something like that! Also I don't think it is very smart to put a very immature person into being a mod! Really it makes no sense what so ever.

Meep player base is going down every day and do we want to put a power crazy mod in? That would just continue to make meep lose even more people. For someone applying for mod you are very inactive on forums... Idk even if many people really do know you......

I really think you just need to work on your maturity and stop abusing your power and you would be a great mod! So please work on that and you can have a +1 :). Sorry man but I can't just watch and see something like this go down. Good luck

You should provide more useful critism if you are going to give reasons.

Would be useful to tell him why the app was to short and not good in your view?

Speaking from someone who has seen dozens of staff cycle in and out of Meepcraft and been on Meepcraft for over a year, you need more time as a helper in my opinion to fully gain the experience of all situations that will come up in your time as staff.

Edit: And also, five weeks is no where near a long enough time to even get astronomically close to being a mod. I've seen you kick people for stupid and illegal reasons, which worries me, because I do not want a moderator who does not know his place, let alone how to deal with people correctly respectfully and with pride and self interests put aside. It also seems to me, you lack maturity in some situations that I have seen you deal with which further affirms that you need more time as a helper.

Bobjon, you are one of the few staff members that I often see online at the same time as me and you are definitely a pal, however, I think you aren't ready for the mod position just yet. Sure, us staff are allowed to have fun and play around, but I have a feeling that you aren't ready for the responsibilities of a mod yet. I have seen a lot on inconsistencies in the punishments that you issue and I believe that you need to work a bit on your maturity. I hope this does not affect our friendship, but I believe that you need more time as a helper, then my vote will change :) Good luck!
