Is E:\Users a directory that already exists? If not, create it, then try again.

Is E:\Users an existing directory full of stuff you might need? If so, don't use /mir, as it will make the destination directory look exactly like the source, which means any existing files which don't match the source will be deleted. It's best to use an empty directory.

The documentation says /move is valid to move files and directories, but maybe it doesn't recur all the way down the directory tree, and that's why it's recommending /mir instead. MS is terrible at documentation. As long as you use it against an empty destination directory, or one that contains data you want to trash anyway, /mir should be fine.

@fasehed I don't get it with people and grammar these day's my grammar is good as everybody else's should be atleast decent like mine. Nothing is perfect like even the smartest people in the world get thing's wrong and so do i with grammar too.
As long as you can use grammar correctly it's fine it doesn't need to be perfect like i said nobody has perfect grammar everybody get's something wrong ok @Kachess also please don't take this as a serious offence i mean no harm to hurt anybody's feeling's.

God, I don't know. I'm pretty sure it is. How could I make a new directory? Or should I just go ahead and delete C:\Users?

I can't delete it, it says "access is denied"

    mkdir E:\Users

If the command works, you have a new, empty directory to copy to. If it fails because it says it already exists, do mkdir with a new directory name.

And then I should move the users file from C: to E: by using the /MOVE?

Not C:\Users, just C:\Users\Liam. There are other userids on this system and you don't have perms to delete them. There is probably ones called Default, Public, and Administrator that are defined/protected by the OS.

And again, once you have a new, empty destination directory, either /move or /mir will be fine.

Copy your folder onto the E or the drive the USB is plugged into.

Awesome! Ill only be able to try it Sunday afternoon, so we'll see.

Getting this error: 'C:\Users\Liam' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
Also, when I use the command "Net User," it only comes up with Administrator, DefaultAccount, and Guest. After that it says "The command completed with one or more errors"

I see what you're saying, though when people make grammatical errors, again and again, I feel the need to correct them. This will help them in life, school, the business world and everything else, even if it pisses them off. And besides, if their grammar is correct, then its perfect.

Looks like you forgot the most important element: the command name. Your full syntax should be:

    Robocopy C:\Users\Liam E:\(whatever dest directory) /mir

    it's*

This is an example of a comma splice, which occurs when someone tries to connect two independent clauses with a comma.
