Why you want it (obv.): I would use this account for helping new meepers, donating to poor meters, buying ranks, and doing many many many give aways. Also this account would be used for making another town (Public) that has free everything to help the meepers.

Why you want it (obv.): Because I want the account to be in good care, not to someone who will abuse it and just spend the money right away. If I had the account I would treat it like my main, I would try to take care of it the best that I could. If I had it I would use the money for a good cause, helping my new residents or even new players. I would do giveaways/contests.
I would also use the account/money to help my town. I own a town with any residents and I want to make them feel that it is the best town, with some cool stuff to do in it. It would be nice to have some money to buy supplies, pay builders for some great quality builds. Also because I need /fly for builds lol

Actually, I don't mean to suck up at all or anything--I'll actually use the money for the following purposes.

I'll use 3/4 of the money on the account to pay chargeback fees (no irony intended). Too often, people buy ranks from supposedly trusted rank sellers, and then get banned when their rank gets charged back. Since these are the people who buy from rank sellers and are unwilling to spend IRL money on MeepCraft, they get banned and the server loses valuable community members. Very few chargebacks actually get resolved on a timely basis. Before this, some people have attempted to start funds to pay chargebacks, but I don't think any of them managed to get enough money to actually get anybody unbanned--this needs to change.

I'll probably deposit 1/8 into my town bank, and use another 1/8 to host giveaways and rank up people from cit to VIP.

Why you want it (obv.): Ive had a great time on meepcraft over the past 3 years, and the only way that would have happened if it wasn't for the great community. I'd like to start giving back to the community with things like giveaways, handling chargeback requests, refunds on scams, ect. However, with how slow meebles come without copious grinding this is sort of hard to do without a large number of people. If i had won the account, i'd use the money to set up afk machines, /job farms, and various methods for myself and other community members to make money while generating a sum towards aforementioned items. In essence, it would be similar to a trust fund where everyone in the community can play a part in creating while allowing for growth and low costs. (sort of what hornemans had but a lot less self-centered and capitalistic)

Nicer comments: You made so many people happy by giving lots of people ranks and getting them meebles etc, but that means you have given a crap ton of money to the server so that is really good, and hopefully we'll have some more mini games soon.
Extra info: IF I get the account then I will never change the name cause its awesome... I would also make like a grave yard place and put all the quit meepers their and it will be really easy with /fly... I am really jealous of ALL ultimates that they get /kittycannon and I would love to have that but most important for me is probably all the /chest space lol I mean like all my /chests are ALWAYS full but with an ultimates chest will be massive.. well your very genourous giving so many people all kinds of stuff and even an account! but I hope you'll get a new account or something like that.

Reason why: You don't have to leave and you will eventually find yourself back on the server. I have quit multiple times over the course of a 4 year span... trust me, it doesn't work lol. Everyone in the community likes you, there's no reason to go and for those who don't you're just giving them what they want and they will continue to do as such since it is working.
