Introduction: Hello, My name is Sean.

I'm from Philippines, 13 years of age. I'm half Chinese, half Filipino. I can speak English, Tagalog, Bisaya, Hiligaynon, Chinese and more. I'm not the sporty type person, but I play football and basketball though I am not good, I still play and have some fun with my friends.

At the age of 4 years old, I started playing the computer. The first game I ever played was WarCraft III: The Frozen Throne. The modded map I played was called Defense of the Ancients, DOTA for short. I also played StarCraft before. I like the Terran and Zerg races. On the year 2010, I discovered League of legends, It was released on my country not a long time ago. I tried very hard and I got the best achievement ever, The division of Bronze 1, But I am Diamond 5 right now though.

I started playing MineCraft on the late year of 2013. I experienced moderating minecraft servers. When I first played MeepCraft. The first thing I ever did was to find a town that I can store my items and build my little house and mini farm. Weeks passed, I learned more on towny and more towny commands. When I found out that you can be a staff member on a town, that's the day I tried hard to be an assistant. As a result of my hard working attitude, I got the assistant title but I decided to make a town on my own and now, I am a mayor.

Why you should be Helper? I did not come here to apply for the benefit of myself or for the fame. I applied here to share my knowledge and help people at my best.

I feel like that I'd be great and I would fit for the position as I have the passion of the server. I've been here for a year and already learned many things on how things work. Some will say that I am cocky or over confident but I have the potential, passion, love and knowledge on how the server works and how the plugin or commands work within the server, teamspeak or forums.

My first motivation being a helper is not about my fame or the power I get, but instead to give benefits, knowledge and help the server. As I said that I have past experience on moderating servers, I know the qualifications of being a staff member. One, the dedication. Second, the attitude, and third, the services offered. as I strongly think that the staff team needs staff on the Asia or Philippine timezone, I stood up and tried. Though I can't help players financially, however, I can help and give advice and share my knowledge.

I will be a good addition to the staff team not just because of my experience or my attitude. In fact, I am pretty active and my timezone fits perfectly. Though I can’t be online sometimes it’s not a problem as I can dedicate the time that I have nothing to do with and play meep instead. Honestly, I really want to be a staff member because I want challenging roles just like being a helper. I will be a little bit of exaggerated here, but look. I can surely claim modreqs about more than 30 a day as being a helper, It’s going to be a hobby and I would really enjoy helping people.

Whenever I am online what I can see is there's only 1-3 staff members online and some are afk, which is a pain on the active ones. I thought, They couldn't handle 100 players by themselves. Even though I don't have the power or the possibility to claim modreqs, I just tend to help in shout or in private messages.

There is this also one thing, Everytime I knew I helped someone, It brings happiness and joy to my heart. It's like, heaven. I feel like it's so good to help someone and it's a hobby of mine. I strongly believe that I have been on the server for a long time to know how things work. I know how the economy and plugins do. Even though I am not staff, I know some of the commands. /check, /s, /tp, /kick, /tempban, /ban and more. As I am a close friend to some staff members before I enjoyed working with them and helping them. When something serious is very needed, I try to get on as fast as I can and try to do the things I am assigned to. As I have been a mayor to some towns and I have been a nation owner before, I know how towny works. I truly enjoy being with the community, posting on forums and communicating at each other at teamspeak.

There's this one thing I’m bothered with, "You already helped a lot of people but why bother applying for helper?" This question bothers me, My answer is simple. Getting helper just means I am getting more permissions and power but I am not power hungry! But what I am telling here is, I can check modreqs which is very efficient to answer questions and give advices to players that needs attention to.

School has already ended and summer break has started, I would be more active in the next couple of months. I believe this as a good addition to me as a staff member.

What are your weaknesses? Before you go “-1”ing my application, just because of my past attitude, maturity and responses.

I know that I have still maturity issues but I will not let that affect me as being a staff member. Though I can be immature at times. I am steadily working on this. I’ve been more careful on what I do and haven’t do any immature things.

As what reggles said on my previous application, response to confrontation is one of my issues too. Though sometimes I cannot have the perfect “Self-control”. I still try my best on working on this attitude/issue. I am working on this as soon as possible and as long as I can do my best to get rid of this issue.

About the /spawner incident, I really regret that action I made. I wasn’t aware of that new rule about embassy plots with grinders. I have been reading the rules over and over again to know new and updated rules, I promise I will not do it again as I know it is illegal and ban worthy. I hope this doesn’t affect my application and me as being a helper.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: The fact that I can't be always on everyday, I still believe that I can try my best and fulfill the duties as a helper. I strongly believe that I am fit for this position and will do the best I can. If I will be helper, I will never let anyone down and do the best of mine. I’m striving for the position and will never stop.

You need to stop.

That was last year. People just cannot seem to understand the fact that he's growing up. He's becoming someone that could be staff, and people need to accept it. If this is your dream, @MisterBacon, then go and pursue it. You've made immense progress since you were first on, and even a few months/weeks ago. You're a good guy, and I fully endorse this application.

In the past, this is an easy downvote. The comment above isn't the first one like this, and it probably won't be the last. @Landonator419, your posts here are unnecessary and unwelcome. If you are the kind of person that breaks promises for pissy reasons like that, then you are not the "man" you are describing. MB kept his promise, one that he had made to a friend. Mockingbae being n00bslayer_99...Maybe it was ban evading. But it wasn't hurting the server.

Either way. If this guy isn't fit for staff, then let an interview chew him apart. I say +1. Good luck, and best wishes from me.

Gummi you're extremely desperate. Being a helper on Meepcraft isn't really that important (and I don't mean to pull a Jonnehboi) but it won't help you at all in life.

Meepcraft is just a minecraft server, and you've typed 14 helper applications just to get a title.

While I think that you have definitely improved, I believemyou need a little more time before you are ready for Helper.

As for your weaknesses; one thing that really bothers me is you calling the embassy-grinder rule a 'new rule'. This rule has been here for the entirety of me being staff, if not the entire time I've been on the server itself (which is 2+ years). I seriously cannot remember a time when this was not a rule. It is not a new rule.

 

#1 Rule of staff. If you're wrong hide it for 2 months then make a public 5 paragraph long apology for likes.

 

You are doing good though, there is clear improvement from your first application to now, and you certainly have the tenacity.

 

Give the kid helper if he screws up he screws up then we won't have the hassle of these apps +1

You have definitely improved, Gummi! You're very helpful, VERY helpful! You're also very friendly and welcoming to all the new meepers. Even though your spawner incident (I don't know much about) I think you have learned from your mistake and you will not do it again. I believe you will be a great addition to the staff at Meepcraft, and good luck!

Just saying, making a promise you can't keep is not being a true man. So in this case, GummiBirr made a promise and he kept it. The situation wasn't even that bad anyway. It wasn't like this was going to jeopordize his whole life. You can't compare someone keeping a promise about knowing that another person murder a person and not telling anyone. You can't compare the two because they are so much apart that they don't even connect. In all honesty. I think what GummiBirr did was right, he kept a promise that he agreed/forced to do. And telling a staff member wouldn't benefit him in anyway, only just downgrade Mockingbae. It really wasn't a huge deal. He was being a loyal friend, which is what I see as a good staff quality.
Just remember that this is minecraft server, you can't compare real life atrocities to situations in Minecraft, they will never compare correctly.

 

I don't know what this little incident it but regardless I just don't see you as staff.

When I met Gummi/Bacon acouple weeks ago, he actually was quite nice and was helpful. If he takes the time to be friendly with a nobody like myself I think that makes him a good candidate for helper
