Introduction: Hey guys, my name is Historicmush. My real name is Roland, and I am a 14 year old from Kansas City, Missouri. I was born in San Francisco and lived there since I was 9, but moved to Kansas City 5 years ago. I am a Sophomore in high school and I play soccer and basketball. I left my school this year that I have been at since I moved to Kansas City, and I go to a bigger school now with much more students and activities. I am excited for all the new people and teachers, for it gives me a chance to improve my people skills and gives me more courage.

Above, it says that I joined in early 2013. I was in a town with TheOddPorpoise, and he has helped me a lot since he got Helper. I quit meep when MeepNetworks began, as I did not like it at all. I recently joined back on April 20th 2015, to see if Meep changed at all. It changed tremendously, the community has become less toxic, the lag has ceased, and overall the mini games and such has been great.

Why should you be Helper? Well, I should be Helper in many ways.

-Problem Solving- I am very good at solving problems, trying not to make anyone angry or offended in the process. I see many people solve solutions the wrong way, and they get judged, blamed, and hated for it. I know whenever someone I ask for help offends me or makes me mad, I hate it. I would be an excellent person to not do that and I think that would be very helpful to the server.

-Hardworking: Whenever given a task, I finish it with efficiency and quality. I give it my best and I do not finish my task until I am satisfied with the work I done for the people.

-Willingness to share my skills and expertise: A good helper will share their experiences and skills with the people in need. They know what it feels like to be the new guy on board and will feel for them. I know what it feels like to be a citizen not able to be noticed by people. I know what it feels like to not know anything, asking for help, and not being helped. I can change that, as I will share my skills with others.

-Leadership: A leader works with the people, helps them. A boss tells them what to do and commands them. I am a very good leader who will help the people and work with them instead of straight up telling them what to do.

-Sense of Humor: I have good sense of humor that I can spread around easily. I am able to make people laugh and make them like me. I also have really good EQ, or people skills. That is another strength, which goes along with a sense of humor. I know when to joke around, and when not to.

-Guidance and Positive feedback: I can guide many people to do what is right, and when they're wrong, I do not judge them for it. I give constructive criticism, and I do not make them feel bad for what they have done. I can use my strengths and weaknesses to give the others my experiences and teachings to be able to be useful on the server.

-Motivate others by being a good example: When I was a citizen and a new person, I set a goal for myself to be a rich, famous, and a person who everyone likes. I was never able to reach that goal, as I quit soon afterwards. My main example to be was MrsMegan and AlienVenom. I wanted to be like them, a highly respected staff. I can be a good example, and motivate others to try to be friendly and nice, instead of being toxic.

What are your weaknesses? I have many weaknesses.

-Immaturity: Sometimes, I can be very immature. I have been trying to fix that, and I think I have been successful. Whenever I am put in a serious situation, I have self-control and I control my feelings and I do not outwardly express them.

-Inactivity: During the weekdays, I get on a little bit due to extra-curricular activities and homework. My school is about 40 minutes away, so sometimes when I have games, I get home around 10 o'clock in the evening and I have no time. I have time on the weekends, and get on whenever I am able to after homework and sports practices.

-Over-expressance: I can be over-expressance a lot. If something bad has happened to me earlier in the day, sometimes I will release my anger on someone who does not deserve it and afterwards I will feel guilty. I will be told about what I have done, and I will immediately apologize and be sincere.

I have a ton of weaknesses, and I will not say I do not have any.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: If possible, I can probably work out a way for me to play more on the weekdays. I will try to not to procrastinate too much and do homework earlier, giving me more time to be able to play on meep.
