I'd say, if you can't take constructive criticism, you can't be Helper. Calling it "hate" is setting you way back.

Your app was very weak, the way that you responded to other peoples feedback was in a rather negative way and I never see you helping in game. For these reasons I'm giving you a -1.

 

This... is a mess....

My comments are in blue. This really wasn't a good app, I'm sure lots of people could write better in five, ten minutes. As an adult, almost 30 years old, I think you can do better!

Now onto this reply....

Not hate! Constructive criticism. If you can't handle this, you are NOT a good candidate for staff, that's a simple fact.

To be quite honest, none of us care how much you donated. If I were to give 10 citizens a free ult rank right now that doesn't make me a good helper.
It doesn't have to be a life story, but we have to be able to get to know you, and know who you are as a person. Being helper isn't simply about helping with a dead tone. You have to connect with the community and make players happy.

Apps should be long, and have detail, because they show effort. If you don't put in effort into an app, what tells us that you'll put effort into the staff position itself?

Yes. You want to help. WHY do you want to help. WHY should I give you a thumbs up. you haven't given me a single reason. I know all the towny commands and shop commands too... So do lots of people. It's a factor, but not the only one.

This seems quite rude to all the people that worked on giving you tips and help.


Even being a forum stalker for awhile, doesn't mean I'm not dumb. If I'm just looking at the app and this reply, there's no real way I'd want you having a staff position.

Minechat would not be helpful...as far as I know, staff need to be in game to use their magical staff powers.

Staff members have to be able to take criticism. Criticism that's hardly ever warranted in many cases. Calling it "hate" shows us that you're unable to accept it as it is. We require you to be ingame more than an hour per day, because if you're not how are we supposed to know the many differences we make daily. Please work on your ingame activity and understand what it means to be a Helper.
