straight away in your app I had something to doubt. You say in your intro 'look back at my past app'. That app was denied, we want to know what u are like now not then. It just seems like u are too lazy to write about a few extra things. Does that mean that you will be too lazy to finish a modreq properly? 'Go look at the tutorial'.
I also thing your app, as a whole, lacked. That being in quality, grammar.

There are 7 days in a week? Surely that means that you are never on

I just don't think you will be an improvement to the staff team, or a real help to the players. Good Luck.

Your app doesn't look very good, lots of errors with word choices and grammar. Could use more explanation to not confuse readers and explain yourself.
