You're immature, argumentative, and self-centered. I don't see anything positive from you, and I don't see how staff would benefit with you on the team. I especially disliked the attitude you showed towards my friend, @Historicmush, on his first day on the job as a staff member. I don't even think you would have been able to handle it if you were on the opposite side of the table. If you put a good few months into improving, you might have a chance. But right now, you're too immature and too vulnerable to be a staff member.
