Being in shout isn't a requirement for being on the staff team.

 

Well how is that going to affect his application? Yeah, it may be like they were gonna plan to submit it at the same time, and be bias on each others apps but seriously, I don't see how this is going to terribly affect his staff position.

This. I don't see a problem with it. Two minds are better than one. If you think you are good enough you should apply, and if her friend thinks she can equal or better the qualities the applicant can offer why shouldn't she apply. Sod being desperate, if you want to help you should be able to do so.

On this thread I'm not gonna give a voting because I don't really see you enough to give a rating and I'm not going to go of other people's feedback like the rest.
