This is literally the stupidest excuse for downvoting an application there is.
Not everyone who helps people helps them in shout, maybe he uses msg or local chat.

 

Helping in shout is only for "simple stuff" like "How do you add a friend?" "/res friend add" or "How do I invite someone to a town?" "/t add" It's very overrated on applications due to the fact that it's only what other players see from the applicant. However, some people (iMelXP, PlazmaChaos, Misterbacon, and I have been known to do this) actually /tpa and helped players with more complex issues, such as "help! My stuff fell down a cliff! help!" or "Help! perms aren't working" or "Help! hacker in kitpvp!"
In all honesty, ^ helps a lot more than a simple one-word answer in shout as it really speaks to your dedication to helping others--doing the little things for new players that nobody sees--as opposed to being active in shout only so staff members +1 your app.

Well, you know what they say, "Age is just a number." You're pretty mature for your age. Most of the 13 year olds I see are very immature, but as for you, I think you are ready to be a helper. You may have not known me before, but I have seen you really grow up in the years of playing in Meepcraft.
Not all ultimates that I see are a helping
hand to the new ones. Overall, I really think that you have the potential to be a staff in Meep. Good luck!

Ok your #2 reason. That is really awful. First off, I don't even think he bought his rank/ranks with his money. I am pretty sure he got it from a rank seller. Also who cares if he has donated. Staff isn't about donating money. I could be completely new, donate $1000, should I get staff for that? No.

Misterbacon, I barely see you online now. Maybe I am on at different times but idk. I'm +/-.

He has his opinion, you have your opinions. Yes, I am on daily, It can be your schedules, but I am sure I am online everyday.

 

First off, you're two reasons are awful. You first tell me that I'm wrong because you ASSUME something else. In other words, you said something similar to this, "You're wrong because I think this happened, I don't have proof, but I'm sure this happened." If you're going to comment of the validity of my statements, please refrain in including assumptions in that response. Of course, I don't have proof that Misterbacon has paid for his rank, but the likelyhood of an Ultimate paying for their rank is higher than a player just buying their rank with the in game currency. Second, if you really believe that donating doesn't play even a small part in getting staff, then you're, again, wrong. If you were a company, who would you want to hire as a manager? A man (or woman, your pick) who has invested money into the company? Or someone who hasn't? If you are competent at running a company, then you would of, have course, picked the man or woman that has invested in the company, because they have something to lose if they screw up. And THIRD, no where did I say he should get staff because he has donated, I said because he donated, there's less of a chance of him screwing up.

 

Essentially, donors (Gummi is ult) usually won't risk a perm ban because they(he) have such a high ranku

Heh. I remember when I was a new to the server you (at the time GummiBirr) would always help me with commands, rules and tips on how to make meebles. You're one of the most knowledgeable and dedicated members on Meep -- and one of the most fit for being staff. A few months ago you were in Dax and were eager to help with town projects but someone(totally not the mayor) didn't promote you to town staff. Not promoting you was one of the worst mistakes, in my opinion, that we've made in Dax. I hope that the staff won't make the same mistake that we made. I wish you all the best! +1
