I am really not sure. You are active, you help and you're nice. But the fact that you "left" in past has led people to think you're gonna rage quit again if this app gets denied. Also, 17 apps is alot and its looking pretty desperate.

Bacon, as much as you are a good friend, and a few +1's on your previous app I'll be a -1 for now. I feel you have become less 'helpful' in chat when I do see you, and you just aren't trying anymore. It looks to me that you've given up but you are just applying for the sake of it. You are nice, friendly and outgoing but instead of submitting an app 2 weeks later after it's denied, just wait a little, show your real self in chat and forums and other places. You have the capability, you've just let go of it!

Although you can be immature at times with friends, I know that if you are given the
helper title you will step up to the plate and be a great helper, maybe even mod or more

Good application Mister Bacon. I do think you've been a bit hard on yourself - you have certainly matured, and continue to do so, and I would endorse you as Helper without hesitation. Your past is the past - my observations of you (particularly in recent months) are all positive. There is not one person among past or present staff who have not made the occasional gaff, so I would not freak out on that point. Recognising potential character flaws is the only way to deal with them, and you have certainly done that. I believe the time zone you are in could definitely use additional Help, so that should also count in your favour.
