You are still active staff on a crappy server until the 28th apparently.

On that note, it would be outright stupid to accept staff from a competitor that soon after and I would personally not accept anyone from any competitor for a period of three months, to be safe. There was a fair share of shady things originating from that server, I wouldn't let them into your home right after.

She probably has an impeccable character; however, it would still defy all logic for a server who just literally had almost everything deleted from an insider to then turn around and accept a person from a server that was a competitor / parasite of this server. There has been incidents of people who were staff on that server playing dirty over here which adds to the issue at hand.

A waiting period of 1-3 months would not affect dedication in the slightest and would be the safest move for this server.

 

You apply 2 days after jess says her server closes and you were/are still staff as of the end according to your forum activity. You were active within the past day.

Im pretty disappointed in the comments I see from you all. As I read through this, Im seeing a few comments that are positive whether they are + or -, and then Im seeing some super negative, disrespectful comments.

When someone files an app, its essential you maintain a level of professionalism while having the privilege to comment on them. Some of the comments are very discouraging and just rude. The point is feedback, not to attack someone with the excuse "you should be able to take it".

The more of it I see, the more I wanna make apps private.

 

Ninja, I love you to death. I really do. You are the epitome of what staff should be under normal circumstances. I don't think these are normal circumstances though. Being staff on Jess' server makes for a conflict of interest, regardless of its imminent closure. I'm sure if you just play for a while on the server, everything will be fine. The timing is too close and you didn't put why you would want staff in your app which is curious.

you have the knowledge and attitude, so if you really want this, it could easily be yours in a month after you've regained the trust of the community.

 

Yes Ninja was staff on my server, which I decided to close as of the 28th. As far as her dedication to meep, I can't believe any of you even question that. Even as staff on my server she still played on meep and still bought people ranks, that is dedication. She never quit meep.

Introduction: Hello. My name is Roxy. I’m 26 years old, and I Iive in Western Australia by the beach. I have 2 dogs, and love photography.
I am currently on a break from my job, which is running a dance school. My job involves, dealing with students, parents and staff, as well as secretarial work, accounts, running the canteen, organising and running dance competitions and concerts with over 450 dancers. This experience has allowed me to not only work with people, enhancing my ability to work and deal with other individuals, but also handle logistically complex events

Why should you be Helper? I have been playing on the server for over 1 year now and know my way around all the different towny and server commands. I live in Australia giving me an advantage when it comes to my timezone, allowing me to get on when other staff have gone to bed.

With previous experience as staff on other servers I know all the prism commands inside and out.

Having experience in the dancing industry, I know how to work with children of all ages and handle difficult situations that others might struggle with.
I am a kind, caring person who will look after the people on the server getting the best outcome for all the individuals involved.

What are your weaknesses? I don’t really make conversation in global, but if someone asks a question I’ll answer it however apart from that I do most of my talking on Teamspeak not global. This can be an issue when it comes to those who do not have access or cannot use TeamSpeak. Regardless whenever somebody requires help or wishes to converse with me in game every effort to correspond is given on my part.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: So far my experience on Meep has been amazing, and I would certainly love to be a greater part of facilitating and working with the community.

Hi, your application is extremely weak and is lacking detail in all areas, for example:

You could have put more information in here, like information about meep, how you found it, why you like it, and what pushed you to apply.

Also

This is extremely weak, you could have put in way more detail, you could have used headers, and yes knowing the commands is helpful but you also need to be able to communicate well with players and I myself haven't seen that of you.

You all need to chill so she was staff on a different server that just means shes more then capable of being staff on meep. There is no conflict of interest because that server is closed now so those of you that made that point it was invalid. She's sweet smart and knows what she's doing. She's helpful and has already shown that trait in order to get staff on jess' server, because you all know how nice jess is with the added fact that jess was staff on meep before her server. Take into fact that she is staff material and has the qualities of a staff member.

Jesus you people come on. Who cares if Ninja played on a ''competitive server'' anyways. That server never had more than 15 people on it at a time. It was more of a side project than anything. Ninja has donated Hundreds of dollars to this server in the sake or rank selling. She has made Hundreds of millions of meebles doing so. And guess where it all went, deleted, bye bye. And guess who is still playing on this server even though literally all she has done on it was for nothing. That's an extremely dedicated player who would be an extremely valuable person on anybody's staff team. She's loyal and committed. Jess's server wasn't even a competitor, It was the annoying kid who eats glue on the play ground trying to fit in with the cool kids.

+1 Meepcraft staff would kill to have someone like Ninja on their team regardless the fact of her playing on other servers.

 

Back from the days, making an application must show effort at all. And I see no effort on this one. If these players above me says you've been a past high staff on a server and went straight here to apply, it's not that easy. No.
