I'm glad I didn't post before Meg, because your response to her post just shows you still have that immaturity you had since the last time you applied. You're active, yes, but in Meep. No activity in discord, not much on forums. You believe you have matured, yet to me, I have not seen that since the day your previous app was denied. You're still same old same old vkl with the what, 70, 80 bans? With the most recent ban being a few months ago. People will support you, yes, yet that is because they will due to being friends with you. I know you're still immature, and with what Meg was referring to ,your player report on a certain person, you act the same way as him. You don't stand out from any other staff member that lives in your time zone, unless you count immaturity as one. App itself is short, and although not bad, not perfect either.
Take time to improve, then you'll be ready. But for now, you're not ready for staff.

 

You can argue that your banhistory is awful, but also knowing many of those werent legit bans and many of them were from some really stupid things, the banhistory becomes much less of an issue. You've rarely been toxic, and I wouldn't consider the comment here and there to be true toxicity so I mean... eh.

You're smart and you've helped with staff before in many different ways (lol) in both staff issues and otherwise, and you could really do some work if given the trust.

Unimportant opinions aside, I'm not sure how anyone can trust you. You are unpredictable and more of a smart-ass than anyone your age should be. I'll be honest and say: you are creepy. Anyone who is +1ing you is doing so because you have improved. I'm not going to hold to your past, and I will definitely not compare you to it. However, as of now, you are still a horrifying individual. Yeah, even if you are improving, it's not enough.

I'm not being optimistic here either. I don't think you are the kind of person who will ever be fit for staff. I sincerely hope you do find it in yourself to improve. Huge -1.

For the actual application, I just want to say that Vkl, in his long history in meep, has abused every opportunity given to him by staff. It was probably one of the few consistent things to be counted on in this server. A lot of people have stuck their neck out for him and got burned when he got banned in like a month of being unbanned. Every time he said he changed and was unbanned, he got permed fairly quickly. I think that is important to consider if staff want to accept or deny this application.

I have no doubt Frank could be a good staff member if he applied himself, but what is important is not if, but how likely the if is. How likely is it that he has changed, how likely is it that he will be productive to , and what is his chances for abusing his position and powers.

 

In response to this, you have seen me all these times when he is online on Meep. Several other staff are almost always on. We know who he is and how he acts. People can change, yes, but even some have to take a long time to change, or can't at all.

let's see then, you post nothing constructive on the forums and have a history of like 80 bans, plus every single time you say you've changed or whatever you turn around and do something stupid again

you are worthy of zero trust from the staff and that's just a fact, plus on your last application you completely threw away whatever chance you had (hint: you would have been accepted had you not done that)

unless you've changed on a biblical scale over the past few months i still believe you're completely inept for a staff position, that's just backed up by your post history completely devoid of anything but jokes. plus you said you'd NEVER apply again after your application which just shows how you will turn on a dime whenever you want

however my opinion doesn't matter seeing as you're already accepted, just don't screw up the interview and staff are already happy to give you chance #82 because theyve given you so many

calling it right now, only way this guy gets denied is if he ruins himself like he did on the last app

Once again, after seeing how you handle your app, I move to a -1.

 

If you are scared that your reasoning for wanting someone on staff being public might inhibt the applicant from being staff, should you really be +1ing him in the first place? Food for thought.

 

I didn't get to post on the last application and that was so upsetting, glad to see you're applying again!

I don't mean to offend staff or anything, but a few of them aren't doing very much for the team considering what they can do, I'm not just saying that to bash the staff team, I'm saying this to say that VKL deserves a chance to show what he can do.

VKL can be a **** at times but when he puts his mind to it, I reckon he can get what needs to be done.

As said before, How much harm could he possibly cause?

And yeah, gotta put a negative in there, VKL would be a horrible staff member as he was toxic 3.5 years ago. (I know, he can still be a monkey at times)

you are the model staff member and you will do nothing but excel in this role and just keep ascending until you exceed mr klutch decals

you haven't abused someone's trust before so i see no risk in going ahead with this decision

All I need to see is at least a +1/-1 to know if people would like to see the candidate to become a staff member. All the writing is beliefs & opinions for the community/staff to see for them to take into consideration about an applicant.

If I gave you you my complete reasoning it may collide with what I hope to happen. But for one he has not broken my trust and as you know I think highly of that also he certainly knows what not to discuss so I don't think leaking will be an issue.
