Honestly. It's way more than just this.

• Before, for around 3 hours, all I saw in chat was "This is my last shout" or something of that sort. I'm not honestly sure if you wanted attention, but it sure seemed like it. You also continued to lambast Meep and how boring it was with no proper reasoning. While you were staff.
• You let a non-staff member use your account while you were staff.
• Every now and then, you talk in /shout and you say something that completely throw people off, and you seem to get a lot of attention from that, too.
• I don't feel like you're responsible. I mean, buying the ranks was super nice of you, but I think you stepped too far ahead way too fast. Promising 41+ people ranks (thousands and thousands of dollars) wasn't the way to go, I don't think. I feel that you could have promised 1-2 people at a time ranks. I feel like you promising 41 people ranks at a time was your way to get attention, too.
  
  Sorry, but I stand at a -1 for the above reasons, and many more. I'd be ok with you saying bby and stuff, it's kind of cool, (although it can get informal at times) but it's way more than just that. Sorry. Good luck.

 

All of these points are of what she used to be. She barely has come on lately as Im told, and pretty much all the +1s on here are all biased opinions from her friends.

Hey why not see what will happen? You're "quitting" has become a server inside joke and you seem uber dedicated to meep even though you leave to work on other servers from time to time. You've donated so much time and money, you may be the reason for our rapid expansion that grew meepcraft to it's highest since the downfall/dark ages of the co-owners etc. I'm not sure why but you just don't seem to be staff material to me, I trust my instincts but you are great at adding positivity to the server and helping in /shout. I don't think you are immature, at least it wouldn't be terrible when you are grouped into the helper catorgory. Helpers are the "noob" staff rank and that's not being rude (well the word kinda is used that way now but it's not a negative word) it's that they are new to the staff scene. Not really sure where I was going there (I'm always getting off track when on forums), I guess I was saying that as a helper you don't need to be the most mature. Plus the immaturity that you use is a tool you use to keep a light tone, so you'll be able to mature up when you need to.
*sigh The sickness card is not a card it's a real issue. It's an excuse I know but (depending on the trustworthyness or the person) it's a legit excuse. It's one thing if you use in outrageously as an excuse, but akira has not. If you are not in her place than you can't say "just try harder" or things along those lines. I don't know about akira but most people in this world are making themselves sick trying to work hard enough to keep up in the world. I also wish people could see that she is keeping you informed- not fishing for attention or pity by telling us these things. Plus everyone's brain thinks incredibly differently, so just because you may have had a health issue before doesn't mean you can judge Akira or any human being with an illness, because you aren't them, there could be even more issues that they have but aren't comfortable talking about. I feel confident that I know Akira well enough to say this, though feel free to correct me. (this was directed towards Lizzer as the "don't play the sickness card" touched a personal note (I'm not making this about me, I'm just explaining that bias against chronically ill people is full of misinformation and that this effects the future of akira in a negative way))

I am going to stick up for akira here because I think that I get where she's is coming from.
Aki likes attention- it doesn't mean she sits their and basks in the goodbyes and don't leaves, or that she sits their consciously thinking that 'this /shout will get me attention,'
I have to say 3 hours is a very large stretch, because, if we are thinking about the same event, the time length was, at the very very most, 30 minutes.
I definitely agree that while staff you really should not be publicly negative about the server.
Letting another player use your account was bad judgement, that's all I can say because I have no information about this incident and my brain can think of 5 different possibilities that can excuse Akira from this misdoing (partially) so I don't want to go into the theoretical because it's rather pointless at this point.
Things that throw people off... I guess I see that on forums but I'm not really sure what you mean, the attention thing is not conscious or even on purpose at all, if she likes the attention it's just a little perk that goes with sending her msg. Then again I'm probably wrong because this is all cyber connection- I don't know her irl.
How is buying ranks for people irresponsible? If she has the money, it's productive to keeping the server quality and it's fun! Don't you get that huge jolt of pleasure/happiness when you make someone else happy? The rank buying, is most likely her way of getting happiness from money. She could have planned the timing better, but these are gifts that are worth up to (what is the price now?) $360 for free, or fake/virtual money so anyone complaining about a wait must be incredibly self-centered and don't think about Akira (and basicly don't deserve ranks). If this is the reason you don't think she is responsible than I understand the worry but it's a non-issue.
If the reason is that you think everything she does is for attention, then well I'm not Akira but I love attention but am not actively looking for opportunities to get it, and I think that applies to Aki as well.

If people are annoyed at you for using bby tell them that you'll have to speak to onis(who also rarely uses bby) to ban it. It's just as immature as u for you or if you are using it as an endearing name than ask them if they prefer you use sweetie, honey, etc. The usage of bby is a non-issue because I think you know when the appropriate times to use it are and are not.

Akira is like a mini fuzzlr- her appearance causes a small wave of spam, which is why she /shouts very infrequently. The ability to not engage in a conversation is a great ability for a staff member to have.
The app was average and average is ok for me, some people don't have a strength in writing.

I think that a twice demotion is worth considering, not that I know or have any business in the demotion info, the reasons of the demotions will have to be looked at and staff will have to evaluate what you did, the context of the offense, and how you've changed.
I've seen you in ts, and your activity is average- even though I normally stress on ts activity I think that you have a talent for communicating w/out it.
I wish people wouldn't pick on you for your weaknesses because everyone has weaknesses. You put it out there showing that you're working on it, so they will not discredit you (I think).

What to work on for a +1
Try not to be so dramatic in your leaving/breaks, a status change saying it's the break period would be enough. (Though at this point we'll miss the "Goodbye" threads)
Not that I think this is an issue but show to the staff you can be mature, try working on it for a week and see if it makes any impression.
Try not to be passive aggressive, sometimes you are the nicest thing ever and suddenly you are really cold, if this is a personal thing for you that's cool, I sort of have a personality conflict with people that use a lot of passive aggression.
Do something amazing, show that inner aki and start a project that benefits all of the community. Something to make us say 'wow' and with it showcase your helpfulness, kindness, smarts, maturity, and all you best traits that can qualify you for staff.

Time zone doesn't really matter, she does not scam, she has tons and tons of ranks to buy and is being generous so I would not complain.

Akira, you a very friendly person, your always being nice to people, taking a lot in /shout, given you're online, and including people in discussions. So on that I applaud you. However, I do not see you helping out in /shout at all so although you are very social, you are not being very helpful. As we can all see, you are a values player of the community and have been staff twice (still stuck on you being rainbowdogfish) and both times you did quite a good job. I think when you are a staff member, you tend to change your whole outlook of yourself and go into super helper mode. As a player though, you don't do as well, so I'd like to see you making an effort to at least try to help just a little bit in game before you get staff once again.

First I would like to say that I think you are incredibly nice and generous to have bought so many people rank. I have to agree with MeGusta. I would have taken a different approach to promising so many people ranks. Your attitude in game (toward the server) has improved greatly since your "Meep is boring. I'm quitting." speech. I see that you are still pretty active in-game, but I don't really see too much general talking. It is more like every time you talk in game, it is to give away another rank. Maybe use this time to find ways to reassure the Meep community that being staff would not resort in the situation it did last time. Althought I believe you have the abilities of staff for the most part, I cannot be confident in saying that you are ready quite yet. I think there are a few things that need worked out first. You seem to be very bright and appealing to the player. You have a way to reach them that nobody else could ever have. I still don't believe that its enough. Your maturity has improved a great deal, but I believe the players have already stated how they feel about your overuse of "bby". Sure, we think its cute, but there is a time when enough turns into too much quickly.

This being said, I think I will stick with a 0. I really am on the fence with this one. I believe you have the ability, but it needs to be shown first. Just work on a few things first.

For real i want to nit pick about 90% of these responces and tell them why they are wrong.

However the 10% of truth out there is pretty Solid on some of the issues that have been around sence after the fact.

When you were staff you reached out to everyone and made your self known. TBH I know your online nowadays but i have no clue what your doing or what you plan to do.
